I feel a nice clean energy from taking these and I've noticed that my joint pain has been slowly getting better. I found the packaging to be a bit much, as there's only 30 capsules and the bottle is about 10x that size. Just seemed kind of wasteful to me. I didn't really notice much difference after taking these for a couple weeks, but I didn't have any bad side effects either, so I'm just gonna say they are working lol. I did like that the powder didn't leak out of the capsules in the bottle like a popular brand of turmeric does. They were clean and no mess. Overall I felt like I was doing something good for my health, and this brand seems to be a good brand. I would recommend.

It's 1 pill a day with a glass of water, so took it at breakfast. No aftertaste, no weird side effects. Pill is on the larger side but still easy to swallow. It says to have great antioxidants and I'll admit I've felt great. Will purchase more!

I didn't notice a positive difference in my mood although I have a notice any improvement in my memory so far. I have hyper mobility which affects my joints and can cause pain and inflammation. While taking these capsules. I noticed a significant difference in how my joints felt in the inflammation seem to improve. This has been the biggest benefit for me personally. I also really like that. The turmeric comes in capsule form rather than as a powder. It doesn't smell and makes it much easier and more convenient to take Than regular powder form. I think overall, based on my experience, I'm happy with the product. I will continue using it to see whether the benefits remain consistent overtime.
