They are supposed to overall improve your mood mind body and memory and I will say I have been feeling more focused and relaxed after trying these. You just take one capsule a day and it is relatively large, but doesn't taste horrible. Overall, I'm a big fan of this specific capsule and would definitely try another one from the brand youtheory in the future!

The capsules is giant, I had to break it open to use it that is the only reason for the low review. Other than that these were excellent. The bottle is lovely to look at, the powder mixed in well with smoothies and other things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never really tried Tumeric vitamins before but I do suffer from inflammation after workouts so I figured I'd give it a shot to help with post-workout soreness and after using for a few weeks I did feel better! I don't have a hard time swallowing pills but as you can see they are quite large so proceed with caution if you can't. One complaint I do have is that the bottle is massive when it doesn't need to be. The capsules took up 1/6 of the bottle upon opening. Takes up way too much counter space!

I think that if they're used consistently for a long period of time that inflammation would be lowered. I didn't notice much of a difference but seemed like my arthritis in my thumb was less prevalent when taking. They're easy on your tummy, don't smell weird and there are quite a few capsules for the price!

Furthermore, a 30 day supply isn't enough time to notice real results from a supplement. I knocked off one star because the brand definitely needs to adopt eco-friendly packaging to reduce excess plastic.
