If you tend to not have trouble with digestion it's a good supplement. But it became a hassle for me to heat up hot water and mix in the powder every morning.

I can comment & say that the capsules have no weird aftertaste & go down easy. The jar was initially extremely difficult to open, so if you have any hand issues get some help. Tumeric is supposed to be really good for you, so I'm interested to see what kind of results I'll see if I keep taking these.

I say all that to say I have been beyond impressed. I take a lot of ibuprofen and Tylenol or nerve pain in my neck and headaches. I have seen a substantial reduction in the amount I have needed approximately a week after I started taking this Turmeric. I didn't noticed any side effects for these at all and I took them on both an empty stomach and with food. Overall a great product that I will definitely be adding to my daily routine moving forward.
