I have always heard turmeric helps the inflammation so wanted her to try it. Its still too early to say that there is no more inflammation but as much as she used it, she has some relief.

These are easy to take and swallow. It's only been a couple days but I have noticed a slight change in my level of pain. I am very hopeful that with continued use it will get even better. I normally take these once every 3 days and I feel that they help me tremendously. Since I don't take them every day, 30 capsules last me about 3 months. Youththerory have these in easy to swallow pills and the color of the tumeric is vibrant. Looks very fresh!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very great product! i have hypothyroidism and pmos so i get a lot of inflammation in the body which results in lots of fatigue. I am also deficient in vitamin D and it causes my legs and arms to hurt when they are touched too hard. I have been taking this supplement consistently and have seen a noticeable improvement in my fatigue throughout the day especially after lunch when i normally tank and struggle to stay awake! The only reason i don't put 5 stars instead of 4 is that there should be more clarification on the bottle about what time of the day to take them and because the ingredients list could be a bit more clean and simple for their target demographic of healthy living adults. I would recommend this however, to anyone who wants to try alternative or holistic ways of dealing with chronic inflammation of the body!
