After just a few days I have noticed less inflammation and feel overall less stressed. I wish there were more capsules but this is just a 30 day supply !

One pill a day is super easy, and the "65x better absorption" claim seems legit, my usual turmeric never did much. I started noticing less morning stiffness and my brain felt a little clearer. No weird aftertaste either. Solid product, will keep using.

The capsules are quite large so that's something to consider if you have a hard time taking large pills but I was fine with them. I found the capsule to be odorless and tasteless which is a plus. I've only been taking them for a short time so I can't fully vouch for effectiveness but I think they are worth a try if you're interested in trying turmeric.

It has absolutely no unpleasant taste and didn't upset my stomach at all, which is a major plus. ​It definitely delivers on reducing inflammation! However, I had to stop taking it because once my swelling went down, I realized my inflammation was actually cushioning some serious bone-on-bone pain in my joints. ​If you are looking for a potent, stomach-friendly supplement to knock out inflammation, this is definitely effective.

I got a jar with 30 pills in it and took them over the course of the last two months, so maybe I should've taken them more frequently to notice any effects. I assume it would take longer than a month to really feel any difference with most supplements anyway! I'm worried about the performance of this. I have used this brand of supplements in the past and have had great results, but I don't know about the efficacy of these turmeric ones I opened one of the pills up, and the powder doesn't smell much like anyrthing. It tastes mainly like starch with a hint of spiciness from ginger. And I really mean the tiniest hint! I really don't taste the turmeric at all. I occasionally cook Indian food from scratch, so I definitely know what turmeric should smell and taste like and these are lacking.
