It claims to improve mood and memory, support mind and body wellness, and has antioxidant benefits. In the two weeks that I've been using it, I'm not sure if I've noticed a difference. Maybe I need to take it for longer, or maybe my body just doesn't need it. I guess I would recommend this if you're in the market, but if not I would stick to just living healthy.

I've also felt like my memory and mood have been better since adding them to my routine. The capsules are easy to swallow, don't have a bad taste or aftertaste, and haven't caused me any stomach upset. They're about the same size as other supplements I take, and I would definitely buy these again and keep them as part of my daily regimen.

I have always heard turmeric helps the inflammation so wanted her to try it. Its still too early to say that there is no more inflammation but as much as she used it, she has some relief.

The capsule itself is very easy to swallow and didn't taste unpleasant.

I take one daily and I feel great. I personally don't experience any side effects. Great for mobility and if you're consistent it works wonders for your body.

Quantity wise, it seemed like the amount of pills barely filled up half the bottle, so maybe the bottle is just too large for the amount…but otherwise not side effects of stomach issues taking these.

I got a jar with 30 pills in it and took them over the course of the last two months, so maybe I should've taken them more frequently to notice any effects. I assume it would take longer than a month to really feel any difference with most supplements anyway! I'm worried about the performance of this. I have used this brand of supplements in the past and have had great results, but I don't know about the efficacy of these turmeric ones I opened one of the pills up, and the powder doesn't smell much like anyrthing. It tastes mainly like starch with a hint of spiciness from ginger. And I really mean the tiniest hint! I really don't taste the turmeric at all. I occasionally cook Indian food from scratch, so I definitely know what turmeric should smell and taste like and these are lacking.

The new capsule from is a game changer- much gentle and way easier to take! Haven't used this new bottle long enough to notice full body results yet, but I am already way happier with daily use thanks to the easy-to-swallow capsules.
