The capsules are easy to take, and I like having turmeric as part of my daily wellness routine. One thing that I did not like is that it came in a giant plastic tub that was filled like by 20 percent. They make it look large to trick your brain thinking that you are getting a value for the size, which is not the case.

This is turmeric combined with ginger in an easy to swallow capsule. I love the combination of the two as I was previously taking the supplements separately. It claims to improve mood and memory, support mind and body wellness, and has antioxidant benefits. In the two weeks that I've been using it, I'm not sure if I've noticed a difference.
