Maybe it just needs more time. The pill is really easy to swallow; it doesn't have any flavor when swallowing the pill . Still, to be honest, I just have not seen many improvements in my memory or my mood. Maybe it takes longer than 30 days.

The pill is an acceptable size if you're used to medium to larger pills. I was disappointed that it didn't contain black pepper and that the dose was much less than my husband's Costco brand (which does contain black pepper). It was also disappointing seeing the container 70% empty. I, of course got every pill, but using that large of a package for so small a quantity, giving people the illusion of value is a bit shady. Finally, I can't say that this product was the cause, but I did have very bad indigestion a few hours after taking this supplement as directed. Most online guides say this is possible if black pepper is not present.

One tablet daily is all that is needed. Too early to tell if it's making a difference in my joints or muscles but hoping it does

The package is easy to open and the bottle seems to be well designed because none of the pills were sticking together despite being delivered in extremely high heat. I have only been taking them for about 10 days but I am feeling good.

These absorb well, and don't sit heavy on my stomach. These have a decent size, and they're easy to swallow. They didn't have a bad taste, and the aftertaste didn't linger. These are great for everyday inflammation maintenance. They're a little expensive for how many you get, but the results are worth it. I love the design of the bottle, I just think it's a little big and extra for the amount of capsules you get. These were overall pretty good for what they are.
