They are easy to swallow in the bright orange capsules and don't leave behind any after taste. There is nothing “strange” in these capsules and the instructions are easy. I just wish there were more than 30 pills in the bottle. Tumeric is a great supplement to take daily!

The pillow is a little bit larger, but it is coded so it is easy to swallow. I had no negative reactions from taking this on an empty stomach or with food. I took these every day and I don't know if I feel a difference but I know that they will take about a month to kick in. I plan on keep buying them and trying them out as I've had a good experience with them overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking youtheory total body turmeric capsules for over two weeks and I'm very pleased with my experience so far before taking this product I was experiencing leg cramps pretty much every night during the duration of the two weeks I've been taking these capsules. I have not experienced those nighttime leg cramps. I really like the formation and the overall quality of the ingredients. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that the product is affordable compared with similar supplements. I also followed the recommended storage instructions and the product has remain in good condition throughout my use. While I can't personally comment on the long-term stability yet my experience with the product so far has been very positive based on my experience I would definitely recommend you the total body turmeric capsules. They are affordable, easy to take and for me I noticed a meaningful difference with in just a couple of weeks.

These tablets performance is amazing and their appearance and texture not only forgo the bitter taste of turmeric if eaten raw. In our culture turmeric has been considered for centuries as an ancient miracle herb and now getting to use it in this form has helped me and my health so much. I suffer from PCOD and insulin issues and this tablet has proven so beneficial for me. My inflammation is almost gone. The Storage of these tablets in a box is so convenient. The capsules aren't overly large or hard to swallow. You just take 1 pill a day. I can't say I've noticed any real benifit from these as of yet. Maybe I will by the time the bottle is gone. I'd say it's probably a pretty good value for the money considering other options.

Maybe it just needs more time. The pill is really easy to swallow; it doesn't have any flavor when swallowing the pill . Still, to be honest, I just have not seen many improvements in my memory or my mood. Maybe it takes longer than 30 days.

I will say when I was taking it in the morning on an empty stomach it was giving me heartburn. Now I am taking it at night and it seems fine. Overall I feel like I have more energy & I think it has helped with my inflammation. It's also a plus that it improves memory and I can use that as I get older. The container is way too big & a waste of plastic & takes up space for the 30 pills in it.

I do have chronic pain due to inflammation and honestly never considered trying a product like this before. I started to take it everyday and I have noticed that my pain is not as prominent. I do believe this helped with my chronic inflammation. Despite turmeric having a strong taste, these had no taste to them. They were easy to swallow and I will continue to use these.
