I usually use powered tumeric to make tea, but it takes quite a bit to get the benefits without the flavor becoming overpowering. These capsules make it so much easier! There's no lingering turmeric taste but you still get all the benefits without having to prepare a tea. I usually take turmeric to help with joint pain and inflammation after a workout so I decided to take one that evening. The next morning I noticed I was slightly less sore than usual, which made me feel like it may be working for me. I also really liked the packaging and the information highlighting benefits like improved absorption, mood support and memory support. Overall, this product definitely made me more open to taking turmeric in capsule form going forward.

I have not noticed any real taste to the product, and amazed pleased with the need for only one pill daily. I know turmeric can have ‘staining' concern when handled but not with the well coated pill. Regarding effectiveness, I have noticed a difference in having less body aches and pains since taking Total Body Turmeric. This was very evident on a day I forgot to take one. I very happy with the results. While pricey compared to other brands, increased absorption makes it a top contender.

You only need to take one a day. I know it's good to have turmeric with black pepper, but I couldn't find anything listed that said black pepper. I took it after a meal and it didn't upset my stomach at all.
