I've been taking it everyday since I received it, and I've noticed feeling more energetic, and actually less bloated. My only complaint is the packaging. It is a huge bottle with only 30 pills, it seems extremely wasteful.

I have not seen any decrease in pain levels or any other noticeable effects. I would be willing to continue trying it, but I dont believe this particular supplement is doing anything for my particular symptoms of arthritis. I also felt the packaging was massively excessive. I understand that with a huge market for supplements out there, this brand is trying to set itself apart from the rest of the bottles on the pharmacy shelves. No weird follow up burps.tye capsules are on the larger side, so might be difficult for some. After the week of consistent use, I do notice a slight difference in inflammation and overall stiffness. It's not a dramatic difference but I do feel a little more comfortable during daily activities Since turmeric does take several weeks to see full advantage, I am encouraged by seeing slight improvement early on.

The texture is minimal but once the shell dissolves on an empty stomach, the taste of black pepper may fill your mouth (pause btw). The ingredients help support inflammation, antioxidant activity and nutrient absorption. Genuinely seemed to work for me.
