I was so surprised at how easy they were on my stomach! The powder seemed to be very fine consistency which I think helped. The capsules themselves seemed like any others I've tried. I started to notice less achiness and inflammation. I will be adding these to my supplement regime

Youththeory's Total Body Tumeric pill are easy to take. Just one capsule a day is all I needed. The pills have a soft textured capsule which is good for reducing discomfort when swallowing. I love that just one pill delivers 65 times better absorption than a standard supplement of Tumeric! I feel good when I take it. This one has 400mg and is engineered to have more absorption in each pill so I only take 1 or 2. It has the same natural anti inflammatory effect as my previous pills, just more concentrated. A win win for me since it means taking less pills 💊👍🏼

The pill is an acceptable size if you're used to medium to larger pills. I was disappointed that it didn't contain black pepper and that the dose was much less than my husband's Costco brand (which does contain black pepper). It was also disappointing seeing the container 70% empty. I, of course got every pill, but using that large of a package for so small a quantity, giving people the illusion of value is a bit shady. Finally, I can't say that this product was the cause, but I did have very bad indigestion a few hours after taking this supplement as directed. Most online guides say this is possible if black pepper is not present.
