I didn't notice any noteable difference. I know turmeric has its benefits so maybe I need to try another month's worth to see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very great product! i have hypothyroidism and pmos so i get a lot of inflammation in the body which results in lots of fatigue. I am also deficient in vitamin D and it causes my legs and arms to hurt when they are touched too hard. I have been taking this supplement consistently and have seen a noticeable improvement in my fatigue throughout the day especially after lunch when i normally tank and struggle to stay awake! The only reason i don't put 5 stars instead of 4 is that there should be more clarification on the bottle about what time of the day to take them and because the ingredients list could be a bit more clean and simple for their target demographic of healthy living adults. I would recommend this however, to anyone who wants to try alternative or holistic ways of dealing with chronic inflammation of the body!

It doesn't smell like anything and that's a plus (sometimes supplements can smell and taste very ‘natural' so I'm glad these don't) Overall I am a fan!

The package is easy to open and the bottle seems to be well designed because none of the pills were sticking together despite being delivered in extremely high heat. I have only been taking them for about 10 days but I am feeling good.

I don't feel as stiff and sore when I woke up in the morning. I also like the fact that I only have to take one pill a day. I will continue to purchase this brand in the future.

Maybe it just needs more time. The pill is really easy to swallow; it doesn't have any flavor when swallowing the pill . Still, to be honest, I just have not seen many improvements in my memory or my mood. Maybe it takes longer than 30 days.
