I've been taking this for about 3 weeks. Not sure yet if it has made a noticeable difference. However I need to give it another few weeks. I think it's a great quality product and will buy it to take regularly. No harsh smell and easy to take the capsules. Would recommend

They are very easy to take and swallow and don't have a bad aftertaste which I really appreciate. There aren't many capsules in this bottle, and a bit on a pricey side. Once I started taking this Turmeric, it has eased significantly. I was skeptical but I actually feel a difference. It also looks really big as a pill but it isn't a struggle to take it and doesn't leave any bad taste or after feeling.

The pills are very consistent they are all packed the same and seem a good packaging, plastic container it's durable and holds up if you're moving around or traveling. The absorption they say doubles other brands I find them pretty nice no weird smell or taste or anything.

It has been easy to add to my daily routine, and I like that I only need one capsule each day. Packaging is standard and easy to use twist top access. One tablet daily is all that is needed. Too early to tell if it's making a difference in my joints or muscles but hoping it does

I took it for 2 weeks and after the second week I felt like I wasn't as bloated as I normally am. The capsules are normal size, which made it easy to swallow and digest, it doesn't have any scent so that is something I like as some supplements have a strong scent. Overall I liked this supplement, easy to take, no strong test or scent.

The best part is that I only need to take one capsule. A lot of other brands ask that you take 2-3 capsules per dosage, which can sometimes hurt my stomach. I also don't notice any scent when taking the turmeric capsules.
