[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking this for about a week or so now and it's been a good experience. There is no weird after taste which I appreciate. No weird follow up burps.tye capsules are on the larger side, so might be difficult for some. After the week of consistent use, I do notice a slight difference in inflammation and overall stiffness. It's not a dramatic difference but I do feel a little more comfortable during daily activities Since turmeric does take several weeks to see full advantage, I am encouraged by seeing slight improvement early on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking youtheory total body turmeric capsules for over two weeks and I'm very pleased with my experience so far before taking this product I was experiencing leg cramps pretty much every night during the duration of the two weeks I've been taking these capsules. I have not experienced those nighttime leg cramps. I really like the formation and the overall quality of the ingredients. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that the product is affordable compared with similar supplements. I also followed the recommended storage instructions and the product has remain in good condition throughout my use. While I can't personally comment on the long-term stability yet my experience with the product so far has been very positive based on my experience I would definitely recommend you the total body turmeric capsules. They are affordable, easy to take and for me I noticed a meaningful difference with in just a couple of weeks.

I like that my body is getting such a high level of antioxidants and natural anti-inflammatories. I do wish for the campaign they would have used smaller packaging for just 30 pill, but the opening is large enough to get your fingers in there if need be.

This product is in a clear vegetarian capsule, so you can see the quality product contained. The vegetarian capsule helps with ease in absorption. I didn't have any problems with taste or texture. Besides turmeric this product also cont6ginger root, which is great to help calm you and your stomach. I would recommend this product to anyone with joint pain, or to sooth your stomach and assist with digestion. I was however disappointed that the container was filled with lots of turmeric residue.

I've purchased other brands of turmeric in the past, hoping I could get some relief without having to use NSAIDs. The other turmeric supplements never seemed to work. These must absorb better because I could tell a difference after about 2 weeks of taking these daily.

I didn't notice any noteable difference. I know turmeric has its benefits so maybe I need to try another month's worth to see.

The capsules are quite large so that's something to consider if you have a hard time taking large pills but I was fine with them. I found the capsule to be odorless and tasteless which is a plus. I've only been taking them for a short time so I can't fully vouch for effectiveness but I think they are worth a try if you're interested in trying turmeric.
