One thing I really like is that you only need to take one capsule to get the full daily value. A lot of supplements require two or three pills for you to reach the daily value but this one keeps it simple. The container was easy to open which is also an added benefit because sometimes the childproofing can be a bit of a struggle even for an adult. I look forward to the long-term benefits.

It doesn't smell like anything and that's a plus (sometimes supplements can smell and taste very ‘natural' so I'm glad these don't) Overall I am a fan!

I do have to say this helped me with inflammation. For some reason I have battled with inflammation and turmeric for me helps get load off. But I'm sick of adding turmeric to alot of meals.... So this is a very good way to get it in. Great value too.

The pills are very consistent they are all packed the same and seem a good packaging, plastic container it's durable and holds up if you're moving around or traveling.
