Albeit the results are not much different from taking other generic or name branded curcumin/turmeric supplements. Be aware of this fact when taking this supplement, as turmeric pills can cause liver issues in high doses.

Overall I would say that it's a good supplement to add to your daily routine as it's good for healthy inflammation response and good for overall wellness. I also like that these are only once daily. My biggest complaint is definitely the packaging. The container is huge for only 30 pills and is such a waste of space and plastic. I really like the product itself but wish they would improve the packaging.

The pillow is a little bit larger, but it is coded so it is easy to swallow. I had no negative reactions from taking this on an empty stomach or with food. I took these every day and I don't know if I feel a difference but I know that they will take about a month to kick in. I plan on keep buying them and trying them out as I've had a good experience with them overall.

It's not oversized like some supplements. My only concern is that the packaging is really large for only 30 capsules. I would love to see smaller packaging or a 90-120 day supply in the package. After a couple weeks of use, I did feel like I noticed a little uptick in my body just feeling well and my double chin seemed to calm down some. I did check out the packaging and I still can't figure out what about this product makes it allegedly absorb better than others. The ingredients seem to be the same. Maybe the capsule is a little more prone to disintegration? I'm not sure but they did seem to go down easily and did not have a bad taste.

The packaging seems wasteful for 30 capsules and not very eco-friendly. The capsules are easy to swallow and didn't upset my stomach or cause any digestive issues. I love that this has 65x better absorption and it's only one pill per serving.
