The wide opening on the packaging makes it easy to grab one pilll out without having to pour a couple out . I have noticed an improvement in my daily energy output aswell as an improvement in my mood . I've gotten the feeling of a less foggy mental state. Really easy supplement to take and a no brainer as an adition to your supplement stack.

Im looking forward to a continued decrease of inflammation as I continue taking them. My body has been very sore as I'm fighting some autoimmune symptoms.
