Quantity wise, it seemed like the amount of pills barely filled up half the bottle, so maybe the bottle is just too large for the amount…but otherwise not side effects of stomach issues taking these.

I've tried many turmerics but oftentimes I don't notice too much of a difference in my joint pain and inflammation. Youtheory is different, I felt results almost immediately. I have less inflammation and increased mobility. I love that the capsules are vegetarian. I do think the container has no buisness being that large, it's a waste of plastic. I do like the square shape, it seems easier to open.

There is a lot of wasted plastic and space. As you can see from one of the pictures I posted, this is brand new and just opened, and you can see the bottom of the bottle because that's how big of a bottle it is for this tiny amount of capsules. However, the turmeric itself is great, pure, and a great amount. The capsules are not too large and are easy to swallow. I've had no side effects and would continue taking this. However, if they would either offer more capsules or a smaller bottle, maybe the price would be a little bit better.

Albeit the results are not much different from taking other generic or name branded curcumin/turmeric supplements. Be aware of this fact when taking this supplement, as turmeric pills can cause liver issues in high doses.

This is a reputable brand that I trust and recommend!

I anticipate what time I'll also feel the benefits of cognitive function and a little bit more energy, but my immediate benefit was reduction in my ankle pain that was as a result of inflammation in my joints.

I love the added ingredients - like black pepper which is a must have. I do feel like it has helped with inflammation and I have not had any plantar fasciitis flairs since taking these. They are easy to swallow and gave me no side effects. I'm taking a quality product that makes me not only healthier, but feel better.

They're easy to take (only 1 pill a day), don't have a weird taste or aftertaste, and I haven't noticed any negative side effects.
