This is turmeric combined with ginger in an easy to swallow capsule. I love the combination of the two as I was previously taking the supplements separately. It makes my morning vitamin routine a little quicker. I trust this brand and have noticed less inflammation. I definitely recommend this.

This has tamed down the inflammation in my body making me more comfortable throughout the day. I appreciate the fact that made it more absorbent. The pills are easy to take and do not cause stomach upset or digestive issues. I would recommend to anyone looking to lower inflammation in the body.

It states that it helps with inflammation and I've been looking for something to help aid in reducing lingering inflammation in my body post tummy tuck. I don't have much to say about that yet as it has not been long enough, but I have definitely felt positive cognitive effects. I plan on continuing this brand of turmeric. I have read nothing but great things on this brand and product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the design of the bottle but it's so large for only 30 pills. The pills are pretty big and you take one a day with a load ton of water lol. It helps with cognition and inflammation. Helps when you're getting old!

Also, while the count is of course disclosed on the bottle, it is a bit comical how empty the bottle is when you get it. Perhaps the bottle should be smaller. I can't speak too much on the effectiveness, as I have only been taking them for a couple weeks, but I have been feeling less joint pain in my wrist I injured earlier this year, but I'm not sure if that is a result of these pills or not. I haven't had any adverse effects.

They made me incredibly nauseous and gave me a headache that would not go away. I was also not impressed by the size of the bottle compared to the amount of the product. It seems like a huge waste of material.

It doesn't smell like anything and that's a plus (sometimes supplements can smell and taste very ‘natural' so I'm glad these don't) Overall I am a fan!

I normally take these once every 3 days and I feel that they help me tremendously. Since I don't take them every day, 30 capsules last me about 3 months. Youththerory have these in easy to swallow pills and the color of the tumeric is vibrant. Looks very fresh!
