It also needing to be pressed rather the touched is great for avoiding accidental touched for controls. I wanted to have noise cancelation but also wanted the ability to quickly communicate with those around me. These offer a very smooth transition from noise cancelation to open communication. I have not tried out the galaxy AI feature but I look forward to using it this year when we visit Germany. I do find that switching to the next song and adjusting the volume are definitely more challenging than my other headphones. Hopefully that gets easier with use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung puts a lot of thought into each generation of Buds and the new Buds 4 Pros are further proof of this. The sound is great, noise cancelling is solid, and the buds stay in my ears. The case is an improvement over last generations. The only nitpick I have is that taking the buds out of the case is not as easy as it was on previous versions. It's due to how the buds are shaped. The trick is to grip the stems as high up as you can. This makes it easier. Users with smaller fingers likely will have no issues.

The only thing that confuses me is the moving of the sound controls, pinch and slide up & down, from the back of the stem on the Buds3 Pro's to the front of the stems on the Buds4 Pro's. I still use both, so going back and forth between using them I have to remember the controls moved. But otherwise they are amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro for a bit now, and honestly they feel like a genuine step forward from the Buds 3 Pro in just about every way. The first thing that stood out to me was the clarity with lossless music. These things sound fantastic. The separation is crisp, vocals are clean, and there's a level of detail that the Buds 3 Pro didn't quite reach. On top of that, the bass is noticeably improved. It's deeper and fuller without getting muddy, which makes a big difference when you're listening to music with any real low end. Another big improvement for me is the fit. The Buds 3 Pro constantly wanted to fall out of my ears, and I ended up needing aftermarket tips just to make them usable. The Buds 4 Pro sit much better right out of the box and feel far more secure during normal use. The stem design is also more functional. Controls feel more intentional and easier to use, and the overall design just seems more refined. It really feels like Samsung took feedback from the previous generation and improved the tech across the board. And on top of all that, they look great. The design feels premium without being flashy. So far, the Buds 4 Pro feel like what the Buds 3 Pro should have been in the first place: better sound, better fit, better usability, and a clear upgrade in overall polish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds4 pro's are amazing. They're are the best wireless buds I've went used. Better than my airpod pros, greatly improved from the buds3 pros. First of all, they're are extremely comfortable, I don't even feel them in my ear and constantly check to make sure they haven't fallen out. I tend to have one in my ear all day when working, at home, or even out running errands for phone calls. I wear one at a time. I haven't yet gotten that itch that every earbud ever gives me. The sound quality is great, but it always is with Samsung. A massive improvement I've noticed is battery life of the buds themselves, they seem to last hours more than the last generation. The design is beautiful, I miss the led's, but no big deal. The case is great, going back to the clamshell style like the buds2's made me very happy. Makes them a breeze to clean. I love the transparent top. Extremely happy and now I'll buy another pair as I usually do, one black and one white. Great job Samsung.

But definitely call Quality and filtering a background noise while on calls is a noticeable Improvement. Better AI integration and better life Translate makes them well worth the upgrade cost

Being able to pause and skip with a touch of the buds is amazing. Also love answering or denying a call by nodding or shaking my head. Paired with samsung phones it is a dream come true. I can comfortably say the 4 pro are the best. Easily the best sound quality, ANC, and call quality. They fit comfortably and the refined appearance is far more premium than past Buds. Can't recommend these enough.
