The sound quality is insanely clean, the bass hits deep without muddying anything, and the 360 head tracking pulls you straight into the music. It honestly feels like you’re standing in the middle of a live concert. Huge upgrade.

They sit inside my ear canals perfectly snuggled without any ear aches afterwards. Ambient mode is passive and clear surrounding sounds are accurate. App controls are good and easy to navigate, the custom EQ settings with Dolby Atmos makes a Perfect Pair. Great design, lightweight and fast charge case. I have smaller ears so it is hard to find earbuds that fit without being painful or falling out. These fit in my ears so much better, don't threaten to fall out and don't hurt at all. Galaxy AI doesn't hurt either.

I used to have the galaxy buds 2 pro which I loved as well but the galaxy buds 4 pro do way better on everything that the buds 2 pro did. Sound is a lot more crisp and bass is more punchy. Batteries last longer. Fits is very good though they do tend to very slowly slip out for me which was the same for the buds 2 pro no matter what bud end size I put on. The noise canceling is better and transparency mode has gotten better. Microphone is still great and will block out a lot of background noise. The AI features are a nice addition.

I haven't tried out all of the features yet but so far amazing. my only issue is the case. the case isn't nearly as solid feeling ore easy to use as my bud 3 pros. samsung should have kept the case the same

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buds 4 pro work much like the other versions of ear buds, but with many new functions, such as gestures and translator. I haven't used every feature yet, but so far they are very good. I have noticed the noise canceling is much better on the buds 4.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great buds. Great sound and anc. The silicone tips aren't great, but luckily, the Comply foam tips for the Pro 3 fit the Pro 4. I am still working on figuring out the Galaxy AI, but it seems to work well.
