[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Traded in and upgraded from my Galaxy Buds 3Pro at launch. These are the sweet spot - great sound and all day comfort. Good battery life and easily adjustable through appnon my Galaxy S26 Ultra phone. I know there are Galacy AI capabilities baked in but I have not utilized them to full capabilities yet. I do kind of miss the built in lights on the blades but everything else is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start by saying I had NEVER owned a set of ear buds that were 1) comfortable, 2) had great surround sound 3) were truly noise canceling. THEN I decided to try the Galaxy Buds4 Pro. They do all those things. I can wear one ear bud and get quality sound while working. Its amazing. The only downside is the battery life is short. After about 5 hours, they need to go back in the case to charge - hence why I'm glad I only wear one side at a time while working so I can swap when the other bud needs to charge.

Considering all the high-tech features and options they pack, they are incredibly light and don't cause fatigue—unlike other brands that start making your ears hurt after just two hours. Plus, they stay securely in place while running, and the new built-in functions—like Galaxy AI—are amazing. I was truly impressed; they are easily the best on the market right now.

I haven't had them super long so I am still learning to use them. Comes with 3 sizes for your ears. Im still using the ones that initially come attached even though I think they aren't the right size for my ears. They are fantastic quality though and recommend to everyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I purchased the Buds 4 Pro I also ha e owned the last 2 generations of galaxy pro buds as well as a few other brands. These buds leverage the power of Galaxy AI with the real time translation services. Now you can sit at the nail salon and understand what everyone is saying around you. I also used it sitting on ghe beach in. St Martin listening to the live translation of the people speaking French and German around me. The sound quality is a slight but noticeable improvement over the buds 3 pro, the noise canceling is significantly better than before as well. These also seem tk fit better in my ear. The galaxy 3 pros used to fall out when I moved arou d without repeatedly pushing them in, where These seem to stay where they belong without readjusting them. Definitely worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't get me wrong these headphones sound great. The active noise canceling is on point too. Transparency mode is also great. I use these buds everyday at work and rely on them to do my job efficiently. My biggest concerns are that sometimes I have to say hey google multiple times for the headphones to register ( sometimes practically yelling HEY GOOGLE!) The button on the stem to play, pause etc, is positioned in such a way that it quite frequently does not register when I squeeze the button, or it registers as me swiping and turns down my volume. A bug that ive had for a couple months will not let me switch between ANC and transparency mode by holding the button down while connected to my phone. The headphones just make 2 short beeps and don't switch. But when my headphones are connected to my laptop they will switch between modes. Everything else about them is great.

Every time a new set of buds comes out I buy them in excitement, hoping that they won't fall out. They always fall out. The sound quality is excellent. The noise cancelation is fantastic. The touch controls are annoying and less intuitive than other versions, but it's all irrelevant since they're always on the floor instead of in my ears. Like every other pair, I gave them to my big eared kids. They work fine for them. As for me, I'll keep repairing my broken down six year old earbuds and hoping for a replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So Where do I begin one there is no software on the eyePhone that you could download and you guys did this on purpose so we switched to galaxy I understand but I chose galaxy pods because I like them better than AirPods let's start with that . Now the second thing is that these Galaxy pods do not stay in your ear and they always feel like they're gonna fall out if I go on a jog or where I use them the most is that my job where I have them in my ears for about eight hours a day The third thing is that these galaxy pods always glitching out don't connect correctly they disconnect and connect there's just awful I wish I could return them but I bought them for my wife and I and I'm stuck on this payment plan with you guys so I don't even know if I'm allowed to Get a refund fourth is you have to Do any changes through the app that you download for Windows 11 rather than getting it right through your phone .Samsung you are such a disappointment I had your first galaxy paws and I fell in love with them they lasted me for over six years and I am so happy with those original ones I've literally accidentally jumped into water with them and they were fine but I decided you know what I wanna get them again and I got the latest model and I absolutely hate them I hate them so much that I am going to buy AirPods for my wife while still Being on a payment plan for these I hate what you guys are doing because of your greed Samsung you are horrible and I'm gonna do everything in my power to dissuade people from buying these garbage galaxy pods. And as of right now I'm using voice to speech so I don't care about grammar punctuation however I hope you guys read this and I hope a consumer and I pray to God that a consumer reads this and considers not buying these horrible galaxy pods if anything that I forgot I will add later I hope you guys reach out to me And do something about this to help the consumer you have such a good product Capability but yet you limit your customer base by doing what the fruit company(i have to use this name because samsung said its against there guidelines) has always done PLEASE DO NOT BUY
