[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly didn't realize how much of a difference a great pair of earbuds could make until I started using my Galaxy Buds4 Pro. I chose these because I wanted something that could keep up with me throughout the day, whether I'm listening to music, watching videos, taking a call, or just trying to tune everything else out for a little while. The sound is what really got me. Everything comes through so clear, and when I put them in and turn on my music, I really do feel immersed in my own little world. I can hear details in songs that I didn't pay attention to before, and I love being able to enjoy my music without having to turn the volume ridiculously high. They're also comfortable enough that I sometimes forget I have them in, which is a BIG deal for me with earbuds. I use them while I'm working, relaxing, running errands, and even when I just need a little peace and quiet. Calls have been clear, connecting them to my Galaxy phone is simple, and I love how naturally everything works together. I chose the Galaxy Buds4 Pro hoping they would be good, but they've honestly become one of those things I reach for every single day. Great sound, comfortable fit, easy connection, and a little escape from the noise around me when I need it. 🌎🎶
The best audio options to please anyone

World's better than the BudsPro3, worth upgrade!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the new Buds Pro4 with my new Galaxy S26 Ultra. As someone who is upgrading from the Buds Pro3, I'm here to say this upgrade IS worth it!! I always had issue with my Buds Pro3 with interference and static constantly that distorted sound quality and made things sound tinny. The Buds Pro3 also never provided a comfortable fit no matter the earpiece, and could only wear for short time before painful. The new Buds Pro4 solved literally ALLL of that!!! Absolutely incredible and robust sound from listening to music, watching movies, or making calls- no more static. Crisp, clear fail proof sound!! They revamped the ergonomics and the fit is now incredibly comfortable and feels natural/unnoticeable for extended sessions!! Super fast charging and extended battery life. All around, these Buds Pro4 are well worth the upgrade and splurge. If you are coming from Buds earlier models and nervous if thevupgrade is actually worth it... it absolutely IS!! Well done Samsung!!
Excellent sound and smart features

This buds 4 pro are amazing

Returned but no fault of buds
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent sound and most importantly for me excellent call quality both for myself and the other end. I am in process of return however only due to one bud not staying in place no matter what tip I use. This is not a fault of the device just unfortunate for me.

Terrible upgrade from buds3 pro
The only PRO is the fitment. The audio is garbage. User sounds underwater most of the time. The Bluetooth connects half the time. The noise canceling is HORRENDOUS! I hear the surrounding better than i hear the user. It's just a terrible product released prematurely. It's obvious no R&D was conducted in the buds4 pro. NEXT.

Very disappointing call quality after only a few w
I bought the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro a little over a month ago. For the first couple of weeks, everything worked fine, but a few weeks later I started having serious issues during phone calls. When I make or answer calls, people on the other side often cannot hear me clearly. If I'm outside or in the car with the A/C on, they complain that my voice cuts out, sounds far away, or they can barely hear me at all. This makes the earbuds almost useless for calls. For a premium product, this is extremely disappointing. I expected much better microphone and call performance. At this point, it feels like a complete waste of money.

Very bad for calls with noise around you.
They are terrible for making flames in areas with little noise . The personal voice is distorted for the other person listening to you. And for the price of the product, it would have to be efficient to give you a very clear call in your voice, even if you have noise around you. Personally, I do not recommend this product if you use making calls in areas with noise, you will not have a quality call.
