Used while shooting and just as good as ear muffs. Havent used the Galaxy AI features yet. Great for use to ignore the shrieking voice of your wife on a saturday afternoon. Sounds like 360 sound surround when watching a movie.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I use these while at work and what I've noticed is that when you're in the cab or even in and around the truck working it's not very good at blocking out loud environments. When people call you on their end of the phone they say you sound muffled and it's hard to hear. So much so to the point where you have to either end the call or just push through it if the call is important enough. However, if you're in a office environment or at home, working out or in just in general doing normal people things these are perfectly fine. You definitely can't work in them though. I drive a 80000lb vac truck & whether you're driving it or working around near it is irrelevant. It doesn't filter out noise very well & you definitely can't talk on the phone when you have it. What is for me it's terrible because I need my phone to take pictures of what we're doing when we're on the job site. All of the YouTube reviews say they're fantastic but you also have to consider the source. These are people that run a 20min tests in an office environment or maybe they briefly go outside with it. Which is fine because everybody has their own areas of environment that they find themselves in. My environment is loud noisy dusty and dirty so the use case for these buds isn't built for what I need it for. I need it to cancel out noise that has a wide range of frequencies and I also need to be able to talk on the phone & be heard clearly on the other end. These buds don't do that for that use case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds are a huge step up from the buds 3 pro. Sound is amazing, fit is way better, software is on point. Only flaw is the charging case, at times my right buds will be at 50-77% if I have them in my pocket.

I had the galaxy buds 2 pro (the ones without the stem) and I have to say the touch controls were the best I've ever had. With these though 🫤 meh I don't like having to squeeze the stem to pause play or skip. Having to mess with it like that messes with the fit and it ends up in an awkward position in my ear. I usually default to using the controls on my phone 99% of the time. I really wish it was touch control. The light tap and double tap on the buds I had before were amazing if only these were like that it would be better for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't really need new earbuds. I have the Buds2 Pro that are still in perfect condition and have served me well for several years. However, since I got the S26 Ultra phone, I decided to hear myself to the new Buds, as well. So far, I'm very impressed! The rose gold color is more of a flesh-tone than pink, but I'm not mad about it. They are more comfortable in my ears than the Buds2, and the blade design makes them much easier to control the settings, as well as the Galaxy AI voice commands or gesture command capabilities. I appreciate the 'click' sensation feedback for the controls. The sound quality seems much better as well. I love the various noise-canceling settings. I primarily wear these when flying and the ANC is terrific, but I really love that it will automatically but temporarily turn it off when I speak - very convenient for in-flight beverage service! I accidentally learned that they will automatically pair with multiple devices. I have a personal cell phone and one for work, and was able to switch between phones for calls without any manual action from me. I never even had to set them up on my work phone. The battery life seems to be much better than my Buds2 Pro, as well. I haven't pushed them to the low battery warning yet, and I'm not the person wearing them all day. However, they easily last for a 2-3 hour flight in which I'm using ANC and watching movies. So far, I'm very impressed and glad that I splurged on these ear buds!

I think these are the best headphones I could have possibly boughtthey have it all they are easy to use, easy to charge, and easy to carry around. I love them, and the sound is perfect. I have absolutely nothing bad to say.

Honestly these headphones are amazing! The first time I put them on it feels so snug like 2 pillows in your ears. The sound and noise is insane and the bass is crazy. I played Run BTS by BTS and the clarity and sound quality is so loud and clear that in one of the verses you feel the echo in Namjoon's voice. The battery lasts so long as well. I had them on since 6 p.m. and right now as im writing this review it's about to be 11 p.m. and the head phones are at 93%. The sound it makes when it connects to the phone is so pure actually. The ANC IS SO GOOD TOO. It works too well that my husband had to call me 17 times no reponse until he tapped my shoulder 😅 I might be overexaggerating or maybe im not but these headphones are the best purchase I've ever made!!! And I can't wait to blast the music loud with bts's new album this week!

The purchase of these buds totally ruined my upgrade experience! Horrible time with these buds not working correctly at all! Horrible quality control repeats itself after 2024's buds 3 pro tip-gate. No the tips are ripping again (which I also had a horrible time with) but these buds are doing wild things on my brand new fully updated s26u. When I turn off anc, it actually turns it on and when I try to turn it on it says it can't because it can't read my right bud is actually in my ear. Sometimes anc works on the right bud sometimes it don't. It does connect to the phone but it doesn't work so the time. 2.5 hours with Samsung on the phone and I'm no closer to having working buds. They actually tried to have me do things that aren't even possible with these like they are reading guides from the buds to 2 pros. It was wild. I have screenshots of the call and the errors in diagnostic and the buds app too but they didn't care about that. They asked me if I was near wifi signal. Where can you go anymore not near a signal unless I'm in the woods? This whole thing is a joke and shows me how little Samsung cares about making quality products and actually helping customers. After 12 years of Samsung I might end up taking a bite of that forbidden fruit come Sept 2026. Who knows.

While the improvement is not as impressive as I felt going from Bud to Bud3Pro, I can appreciate the improved sound quality, lighter weight and better fit overall. But I feel it lacked a bit of the cool factor, like my bright silver color Bud3Pro with light bars. It looks more mature and grown up now than playful as the 3Pro.
