[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I purchased the Buds 4 Pro I also ha e owned the last 2 generations of galaxy pro buds as well as a few other brands. These buds leverage the power of Galaxy AI with the real time translation services. Now you can sit at the nail salon and understand what everyone is saying around you. I also used it sitting on ghe beach in. St Martin listening to the live translation of the people speaking French and German around me. The sound quality is a slight but noticeable improvement over the buds 3 pro, the noise canceling is significantly better than before as well. These also seem tk fit better in my ear. The galaxy 3 pros used to fall out when I moved arou d without repeatedly pushing them in, where These seem to stay where they belong without readjusting them. Definitely worth the price.

I bought the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro a little over a month ago. For the first couple of weeks, everything worked fine, but a few weeks later I started having serious issues during phone calls. When I make or answer calls, people on the other side often cannot hear me clearly. If I’m outside or in the car with the A/C on, they complain that my voice cuts out, sounds far away, or they can barely hear me at all. This makes the earbuds almost useless for calls. For a premium product, this is extremely disappointing. I expected much better microphone and call performance. At this point, it feels like a complete waste of money.

The audio quality is next-level—the bass hits perfectly clean and deep, and the treble is insanely crisp. On top of that, the active noise cancellation completely blocks out the world around you, making them perfect for commuting or just tuning everything out. They’re super comfortable for all-day wear and look incredibly sleek. Easily the best earbuds I’ve ever owned!

Such a disappointment. Just like the previous gen this one is also plagued with randomly not charging one of the ear buds. Originally i thought they fixed the issue with the redesign. But they just slightly improved it. Bummer two generations of buyers remorse because they didnt fix the original issue. Its extremely frustrating when you pull your headphone case from the charger and dont realize until you are already at the gym that one of the headphones is dead or dying because it never charged. And sometimes I try to readjust the headphone how its resting or try firmly pressing it into the charging spot and it can be incredibly difficult to get it to charge.

I've had this product since launch and I love the features, the sound, the design, everything. I do have a small issue/complaint my Buds have since Day 1 have this issue where the sound cuts in and out repeatedly throughout use. I can use the earbuds at the start of the day for 1-2 hrs and I would have no issue but as soon as they are reconnected to the phone alter in the day the sound gets distorted/changes frequencies and quality. The sound would cut out in one earbud but not the other then come back to both or it would cut out to both. I talked to support when I first got the buds and he suggested waiting for an update and I have but it hasn't fixed the problem. I would try to take it to a repaire store but the nearest one is so far away. All in all its a very great product its jsut unfortunate that mine is either defective or broken, I dont know. Hopefully the next one won't have the same issue.

With the right ear tip, you forget you have it on after some time, especially if you have transparency on.. That Good! Sound quality is amazing and makes listening to music more enjoyable. Touch sensitivity is not intrusive to your buds position and isolation is great. Much better experience than airpod pro 2 and 3 for sure! Coming from beloved Buds2 Pro.

Instead of tapping a button, you "click" the sides of the buds, which is awesome and prevents accidental changing songs or hanging up on people! Sound is incredible. People hear me much better and I love the adaptive options!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use them mostly to not disturb the wife while she's watching TV. But the noise cancelation is especially great. Recently used them at the local dirt track to keep the track noise down during heats. Great device!

The Pro version have been nice so far. Had them over a week now. Its just on the right ear bud there the sound during a call has loud static sound and very distorted. Its so bad its just i just take it out and do one ear or have it as a normal call. Other than that beed good.
