[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has got to be the greatest earbuds I have ever spent my hard-earned dollar on everything from the 360 head tracking to the equalizer settings all the way to the clear and crisp sound that is unmatched by any other brand The AI engine for these headphones was brilliantly designed because on one hand you have lossless sound and quality and then on the other hand you also have one of the greatest brands creating the ultimate experience in ANC Bose can't even match the noise canceling properties that these earbuds have rate them 10 out of a 10

Walking down the street listening to music, run into someone who doesn't speak your language??? No worries this product has your back, with in ear translations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the 4 then the 4 pro. The pro is more comfortable in my ears. They both load in the charging caddy the same. The way you put them back into the Caddy is a much more better design then the 3. You can even place them back into the caddy in the dark!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from Galaxy Buds 2 I knew I was in for a pretty sizable upgrade. The ANC and Ambient passthrough are both great, being able to actually hear conversation with the buds in has been very helpful. Being able to use swiping on the buds to control different functions is great, from volume control, passthrough control, and using Galaxy AI. I'm not an audiophile but they sound great and can't complain and I have the option to fine tune the sound profile to what suits me. Hardware wise they seem pretty robust and I can lay on them pretty comfortably. the case is great, the clear top initially worried me about scratches but throwing them in my pocket hasn't really caused any scratches from what I can tell. Samsung has really stepped up to what their competitors are achieving and is doing it well.

I am in process of return however only due to one bud not staying in place no matter what tip I use. This is not a fault of the device just unfortunate for me.

I have 2 pairs of Galaxy Buds3 Pro and 1 pair of Galaxy Buds4 Pro for convenience purposes. The Buds3 Pro have been great and are still performing great. I love the functionality and capabilities of the Buds4 Pro but they do not hold a charge. I'd charge up all my buds (Buds3 & Buds4), use the Buds4 for one hour with plenty of charge left over, put them back in the case, and the next time I go to use them both the case and the Buds4 are dead. My Buds3 Pro does not discharge and remains at nearly 100% battery. Either these are defective Buds or Samsung got cheap and cut some corners. I've put in a service request and hoping for resolute, otherwise I'll be returning them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I usually only wear one of my galaxy buds 4,But recently I wore them both and the sound quality was absolutely amazing.The ambient feature is the best I've had on any of my previous buds.Galaxy A.I. recognizes when someone is speaking and activates the ambient feature.The message and email reading is the most important feature I use at work,besides bixby.

While I often have my hands full and can't check to see my messages now with my new buds I have my messages read aloud to me. I can ask Google assistant the time, the weather, and even send a text without ever pulling my phone from my pocket.
