I upgraded from the Galaxy Buds3 to the Galaxy Buds4, and honestly, both are excellent. But the improvements in the Buds4 are noticeable in every area, especially the sound quality, comfort, and overall performance. They're the best earbuds I've ever used, and I don't see myself replacing them until Samsung releases something new. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new buds for pro I had the buds 2 pro and just upgraded. I haven't really dove into any of the Galaxy AI features on these yet but the noise canceling, audio and microphone are all improved.

The battery life lasts an entire day on the earbuds. I might have to charge them once a week. The noise cancelling is amazing. Especially when I'm in a loud environment. I can put them in and it will drown out the noise almost completely. The sound is very rich, and the bass is amazing. They sound really good. The comfort isn't the best. The features are very intelligent, intuitive, and work well. You can only connect to one device at a time which sucks. All the great features and intelligent design is meaningless if you can't keep them in your ears!! I hate how they fit in my ears. They are falling out constantly. Ive tried all the tips. Ive tried tips from other companies. Ive even tried grip tape. They won't stay put. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone. Especially if they want earbuds that they could use during any activity other than sitting motionless on their couch. Does Samsung come up with a solution, nope. They just keep making the same design over and over. What happened to innovation in the mobile market. Safe and iterative is the way to go I guess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the new galaxy buds pro, after I had gotten my wife a pair and got to hear how clear and crisp the audio was. watching movies, noise canceling, music, even my calls are very clear. best headphone I've ever had!

The headphones as far as sound quality, ear stability, and longevity are excellent. The touch feature for pause/play/next is GARBAGE. The addition of the "pinch" aspect and it making the contact point extremely precise is dumb and annoying. Doing the aforementioned actions is made much more difficult with this addition and such is similar to the edge screen; a result of a little bit of too much within the OVERTHINKING department. What was once much easier and had easier nuances of use to navigate is actually much more difficult due to the again rather specific technology integrated into this model. Overall the headphones are excellent except for the that one piece that will definitely require some getting used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro for 2 reasons; I must have the best, and I can't express how grateful I am for the integration & fluidity across all of my galaxy devices. Not only do the Buds 4 Pro Buds seamlessly interact with my Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, but also my Galaxy Watch 7 Classic as well! This is extremely convenient when I leave the phone behind for my morning run. It also allows me not to loose key features on the off chance my phone dies; I can still talk/text and rock out through the Buds! The Buds 4 are my buds 4 life.

I have zero complaints about the quality of the sound and the functionality... when they work. However, for the price, this product has way more connectivity issues than I'm okay with. I've had bluetooth earbuds that can stay connected even when I walk around my yard while my phone is in the house, but these ones have connection issues once I leave the ROOM that my phone is in. Forget going on another level of the house. And if you're not connected to a Samsung device, it's even worse. Every time I leave the room that my PC is in, then try to come back, I have to manually reconnect my earbuds. They'll technically reconnect when I come back in, which I know because I can start and stop the video with the earbuds, but no sound will play when I hit "start" unless I manually disconnect and reconnect them. Sometimes, even if I don't leave the room, the earbuds will have some kind of connection issue where I'll only hear a brief snippet of the audio, then a few seconds of silence, then another brief snippet, and so on and so forth. Again, this issue only resolves when I manually disconnect and reconnect the earbuds. Overall, these are good quality, but have a lot more technical issues than I consider acceptable, given the price. Can't help but feel a little disappointed.

The sound quality is excellent. Music sounds clear and detailed with good bass, and the noise cancellation makes a noticeable difference when I want to block out distractions and just enjoy what I am listening to. I also use them for calls and everyday listening, and the overall experience has been very good. One of my favorite things is how naturally they fit into the Galaxy ecosystem. Pairing and using them with my Galaxy devices feels simple and convenient rather than like I am constantly adjusting settings or reconnecting things. They are also comfortable enough for me to wear for longer listening sessions, and I really like the design of both the earbuds and the charging case. Overall, these have been a great addition to my daily routine and exactly the kind of experience I was hoping for from Samsung.
