I find the control functions straight out of the box very straighforward and easy to get ahold of. Bluetooth connection was easy and quick to set up. Battery also lasts for a long time. I bought the Buds4 Pro along with the magsafe case, and I have no complaints.

Definitely like that I can just bring up the assistant by calling it out and send a message without picking up my phone. Battery life is great especially since I can put them in my ears and almost forget they are there.

I work in a loud environment but slow environment so often I find myself watching YouTube videos or movies. I used to have to push down on my headphones so I can hear whatever I was watching. Not anymore! The noise cancelation on the buds 4 pro are amazing and work even better than me pushing down on my last pair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We buy Samsung everything. I now have 3 generations of Galaxy buds. I just upgraded from the Buds 3 Pro to the Buds4 Pro. And these actually stay in my ears very well. I'm even able to hear the background of the person I'm on the phone with, very clearly. I keep all of my earbuds, because they're too good to hand down. If I accidentally lose a pair, I have another to fall back on. Highly recommended.

I love the sound quality and using them for work. I find myself wearing them for anywhere from 4-6 hours every day! I use them a lot to use the Galaxy AI, Gemini to hear my messages and respond hands free, and listen to music. So worth it.

They just kind of nestle into my ears perfectly, no awkward pressure or anything. Plus, they stay put even when I'm moving around, which is a huge win for me. I've been using Samsung Buds since the Buds 2. The software was not the problem on the Buds Pro 3, so I don't know why they changed the noise canceling. First, it's too sensitive, I can be in the middle of listening to someone and a cart, luggage, etc. will roll by and the NC will activate. Now I'm listening to a muffled voice. Second, the adaptive has changed. Noise canceling is at some sort of half active state all the time. It's a huge difference between ambient and active. I hope updates fix these problems. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE get rid of the stem! On the Buds 2, I can flick my earlobe and adjust the volume. I work with my hands so I don't want to be pinching and stroking the stem when I could have just tapped the controls with my knuckle. I only bough these because I've gone through two pairs of Buds FE.

Only issue is the touch controls to click for adjustments they aren't as user friendly or easily to control as the buds 3 with just tapping. The only thing I see where improvement can be made.
