Usually, I just take the powder but while I think they are more budget friendly, I have to mix them and there is always an aftertaste. With pills, I can pop and go! These are easy to swallow and have 5 types of collagen, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin C! Plus, there are 90 capsules which gives enough time to observe the effects. I feel like my hair has been stronger and longer since I started these!

I like the fact that these are in pill form instead of powder form so I don't have to taste it. I will say that the pill is on the larger side making it a little difficult to swallow. I have not had any side effects yet which is nice. It has also help a lot with my back pain.

The product works as intended, great source of protein. Haven't noticed much of a difference in appearance so can't attest to that. But the aftertaste to this is kind of strong. And the pill would be more ideal if it were smaller especially considering the serving size is 3. I struggle to take just one, let alone 3.

One thing I don't like about the multi collagen complex vitamins is that they're quite large and you have to take three at once. The plus side is that they are keto, certified, gluten-free, and they have vitamin C in it, which is always good during cold and flu season.
