To my surprise it's been the best decision I've made. Using this was important because it also included vitamin C. After major surgery I was told to take the Collagen multi. with the C. I was amazed at how well it helped healing and overall wellbeing. Thank you.

I've had a lot of joint pain (hips and feet mainly) since menopause (20+years). Tried Provitalize for 3 fulls months with no relief. Having done some research, I found collagen was important for joint health and most women are low in collagen after menopause. I chose Sport Research because theirs contains all the important collagen types. After about a week I started noticing a lessening of pain. Oh, I'm still a little stiff when I first get up after sitting for a period, but quickly eases, but that chronic almost debilitating pain is gone. Just started a subscription with them.

I don't know, but after using them for about 8 months, I have NO arthritis pain, smoother skin, almost no wrinkles, and generally feel physically far better. Is my claim anecdotal? Sure. Have I done anything else that might have made a difference? No.

I have been taking Sports Research Collagen capsules for six years. Not all collagen supplements are the same and diligent research will lead you right to this product. I am very active and riddled with arthritis. These capsules keep me moving!! Chronic pain is gone or lessened to the extent that it is a mild irritant. In the beginning I took eight caps a day. Now I take four. Not to mention, the extra benefit of firm, glowing skin. I am a lifer for this product!

It is plumper and looks so much healthier. I had doubts but now I am certain I will continue to take them. I love the convenience of the capsules. I live a very busy life and don't always have time to make a smoothie or coffee so I am very grateful for the capsule form. There is no after taste and they are easy to swallow. Great product!

I'm in my late 50's and discomfort is beginning at this point. My OBGYN suggested me to try this and I did. I started seeing differences in the second week and I didn't stop since then. My body feels more energetic, especially my knee issue is very minimal now, hopefully it will go away eventually. I highly recommend to women my age.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the capsules for when I travel or have no time to prepare a beverage to use the powder version, I buy both options and alternate. My skin is firmer and clear and my hair is growing, my nails grow but still not as strong as I would like too but I am happy my skins is firm as I am losing weight and skin resents the weight change but this collagen supports my skin and hair.

Love the product itself. It is great!!! I feel the difference in my joints and I see a difference in my hair and nails. ***BUT your QC needs a bit of help though. I have found several pieces of black plastic (from the canister I assume and I pray) in there in 4 different canisters, multiple times. I do have to fish it out before I put it in my coffee or shakes. Feel free to contact me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this 5 collagen as a substitute for the other Multi Collagen (type I and III), as it was out of stock. This product is good, but it does not dissolve as well in water or coffee and leaves sediment. It is fine, however, in smoothies or drinks that are blended thoroughly, if that is your preference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot digestively tolerate this product in any dosage. I've used their other collagen powder without any issues. I've tried building up tolerance using just tiny amounts and it's just not working.
