My skin is firmer and clear and my hair is growing, my nails grow but still not as strong as I would like too but I am happy my skins is firm as I am losing weight and skin resents the weight change but this collagen supports my skin and hair.

How do you know if Collagen is working? I assume it is - my nails and hair are healthier. I am 56, female and work out 3+ times a week with no joint issues. I add it to my protein drink in the morning. Something simple to do to add to self care routine.

I have a very hard time taking the power form of Collagen. It would not matter what I mixed it with, I just couldn't tolerate it. The pill form is excellent and easy to take.

I tried this product before and it was perfect—it mixes well with coffee and almost everything else. I had purchased a tub of MULTI-collagen peptides with VITAMIN C and HYALURONIC ACID that was about 950 grams, but now I can't find the same size anywhere. The larger sizes on the website aren't multi-collagen and don't contain vitamin C or hyaluronic acid. What am I supposed to do with just 300 grams of this product?

I have been using Multi Collagen Complex I, II, III, V,X hyaluronic acid capsules for over a month, now. The directions say to take 3 capsules, but I wanted to introduce my body to this supplement and started off with 1 capsule, on the 3rd day, I took 2 capsules and on the 5th day I took the recommended dosage of 3 capsules. Worked out perfectly for me. I have noticed that I seem to have a boost of energy, where I was suffering with knee pain, I can walk up and down my stairs without any difficulty, ride my stationary bike without any problems. Where as my nails were damaged from abuse of acrylic/ fake nails, I can literally see the difference in my nails as they are growing out, they have a healthier oil and sheen on the nail bed, they are stronger and getting harder. My skin seems to have become plumper, clearer and radiant, yeesss. Hitting that 60 mark in age and glowing. Great product and is working.

The Multi Collagen Capsules is a challenging supplement to review because its affects may not be readily seen. What I can say is that it is relatively easy to swallow with water and has no aftertaste. I like that it has hyaluronic acid, which is essential for hydration of the skin. I'm also happy it has vitamin C to keep my immune system up. Lastly, it has chicken bone broth concentrate, which should help improve bone and joint health over time. I hope to start to seeing these effects because if so, it will be very helpful for my body aches and joint pain.

The collagen is good quality, it is compriAED of collagen types 1,11,111,V and X. Additionally vit C for increased absorption and hyaluronic acid for extra joint support. Everything you need in one. Great supplement.
