Received this free to test the product. The pill is relatively big but the benefits in one pills are impressive. It's 3 pills per serving and with this big size of pills, it's a bit difficult to swallow them. But, with the combined benefits, I'll take my time taking the pills one by one.

I like the capsules versus the powder and/or liquid. I do see a difference in the texture of my skin which is good for an elderly person. (smile) Also I noticed it has helped with my hair. Easy to swallow, no aftertaste. I will purchase and I do recommend.

I have been using this product and while I enjoy the benefits of Collagen I don't notice this is certain type is any different or has anything about it that other brands don't. Overall it's a good product and I like the positives the Collagen gives to my health. There's nothing that is bad about this but also nothing that sticks out in my mind either

Just started taking this so I'm not sure how it works but I like that it contains collagen from multiple sources. It's also nice that vitamin C and hyaluronic acid are included. The capsules are odorless and pretty easy to swallow. There's only a faint aftertaste after swallowing but it goes away quickly. I prefer to take collagen in capsules vs just the powder so it doesn't affect the flavor or texture of whatever you mix it into.

One thing I don't like about the multi collagen complex vitamins is that they're quite large and you have to take three at once. The plus side is that they are keto, certified, gluten-free, and they have vitamin C in it, which is always good during cold and flu season.

This is really good for the hair, skin, and nails. I take them everyday and have noticed a difference in the strength and quality of my hair. it's soft and less tan gelable. My skin is retaining the moisture and isn't so dry. My nails are stronger and less brittle than before. The capsules are easy to consume with water.

I have Hashimotos thyroid disease so my hair has fallen out and this has helped my hair to get thicker and stronger. I am hopeful that it will also help me absorb nutrients into my bones easier for stronger bones. The pills don't have a bad taste and are easy to swallow.
