This is a great collagen supplement with hyaluronic acid and vitamin c added . This supplement gives you three benefits in one . I've been taking these supplements for the past 2 weeks and I can definitely see a difference in my skin, nails and hair . The capsules is easy to swallow and no bad after taste in your mouth. Some few years ago I came across a video of a lady talking about collagen. She was talking about how her hair had start to fall out but since using collagen she was having new growth. I was intrigued and started using this product for myself. It really has been a game changer for my hair and health.

I have been taking these with my collagen shake a couple times a week and my gut health has definitely improved. The pills aren't that big which I love because I hate taking large pills. My wrinkles around my eyes seem to have been improving as well.

These pills seem to be doing the trick. I have reached the age where I pay special attention to healthy hair and skin. These pills are large but fairly easy to swallow with a nice coating that does not leave any type of taste in my mouth. My nails are stronger than ever.

So before I wrote my review I wanted to give them a chance. It's been roughly three weeks of taking them. So to me, they do not smell the greatest but everyone has a preference. Not horrible to swallow, if you are used to pills/vitamins. So for this my joints aren't as stiff as they normally are, especially with the cold weather. I can actually ride my exercise bike with out knee pain during or after. So that is a bonus for me of course. I work from home so I sit for long periods of time and my whole body sometimes just aches, it has been a bit less

I started to try collagen for my skin hair and nails I've been taking this product for a while and I really like what I'm seeing so far. It doesn't have a nasty smell or taste like most supplements and no negative side effects so far great supplement well-made

Love, love, love this product. I love to take collagen to improve my skin and hair health. I do not like the powder form. Glad that I found this capsule form with comprehensive collagen types. It is easy to take. Great formulation from a good quality brand.

This bottle is a one month supply of collagen. I have taken other collagen products before, but never in capsule form. This was is definitely less messy and more controlled making sure I get the proper dosage over the powders. The capsules are a little big and you have to take three of them, but it's doable. I like that product is non gmo and that it has the addition of vitamin c and hydrochloric acid.

Been using collagen and let's just say it's very helpful with my hair loss. Since dieting hair has been falling out like crazy. Would recommend this to anyone dieting and or working out. Capsules are not too large. They don't give off an aftertaste either.
