I have been taking medication that is infamous for drying one's skin and hair, and I must say that this product works so far. It is not "night and day" but the effects of my medication aren't as bad as they could be. The pill itself is a tad too big in my opinion, but it is definitely not a deal breaker. It also doesn't have any after taste and I haven't experienced any stomach pain or weird aftertaste that some other pills may have.
