These supplements were a great start to collagen. They do not have any flavor and are very easy to swallow. The capsules themselves did not melt too quickly which will make them sticky instead they stayed smooth. I already have pretty good hair and nails so I was looking forward to the skin benefits. I can tell that my skin is firmer which makes me happy.

Okay so I've been using these collagen supplement capsules for a few weeks now and I can actually tell a difference in my knees and feet and ankles! I have 3 different kinds of arthritis (RA, PsA, and Osteo) at 34 years old my joints and bones are already well used, creaky, and achy but since adding a collagen supplement to my daily vitamin regimen I can actually say I've noticed a difference when I walk around the house, grocery store, and even just exercising by chasing after my 4.5 year old! Don't knock it til you try it and I've been sold into taking collagen for the rest of my life!

I've been taking Sports Research - Multi Collagen Capsules for about two weeks now. It may be too early to see full results, but so far my skin feels much more hydrated.
