While I am not a huge fan of taking pills these went down fairly easily there is a slight aftertaste to them but that is to be expected with pills. I have noticed my joints are feeling a whole lot better than they normally do I was skeptical at first but I love these.

I've only been taking these for a few days now so I cannot speak to longterm benefits however these multi collagen capsules have amazing ingredients. Filled hyaluronic acid and vitamin c these vitamins help with hair, nails and skin nourishment. This also helps with joints. I've cross checked these ingredients with other similar vitamins and these by far have the best ones. I can't wait to see what months do for my joints, skin and hair! I reccomend!

These capsules are a bit large but you can empty them into a smoothie or other drink. They don't alter the flavor of the vanilla protein shakes I make.
