The capsules are easy to swallow and are good to throw in a bag to take with me when I'm rushing out of the house. I've noticed my nails are stronger and my hair is feeling healthier as well. This is really good for the hair, skin, and nails. I take them everyday and have noticed a difference in the strength and quality of my hair. it's soft and less tan gelable. My skin is retaining the moisture and isn't so dry. My nails are stronger and less brittle than before. The capsules are easy to consume with water.

I have been using these collagen supplements for the past month. I have dry sensitive skin and I am 50 years. I have been using this product and while I enjoy the benefits of Collagen I don't notice this is certain type is any different or has anything about it that other brands don't. Overall it's a good product and I like the positives the Collagen gives to my health. There's nothing that is bad about this but also nothing that sticks out in my mind either

Sports Research Multi Collagen Capsules contains 5 types of collagen. The capsules are easy to swallow. Also contains hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. The bottle is plastic and protects the product well. I can easily slip this in my purse for any over night stays.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot digestively tolerate this product in any dosage. I've used their other collagen powder without any issues. I've tried building up tolerance using just tiny amounts and it's just not working.
