I like the capsules versus the powder and/or liquid. I do see a difference in the texture of my skin which is good for an elderly person. (smile) Also I noticed it has helped with my hair. Easy to swallow, no aftertaste. I will purchase and I do recommend.

It is slightly malodorous, and if you mix in only water, it does have a slightly odd flavor. However, if mixed in tea, coffee, etc. you can't taste it. It mixes pretty well in room temp or hot liquid; no gritty textures. It'll take a while to feel any differences in hair, skin, nails, or joints, but hopefully I'll notice improvements in the next couple months.

I recently received these collagen capsules. My only complaint is that these capsules are somewhat large and can be difficult to swallow. Aside from that, these capsules are efficient. They also contain vitamin c and hyaluronic acid. I love knowing that these capsules are healthy for me and provide so many benefits. I would definitely recommend these.

I genuinely couldn't find a better collagen supplement. Sustainable, well balanced, contains multiple types of collagen, and has vitamin C too. I like taking the capsules more than the powdered mix too. I was having stiff joints and after starting this collagen and staying on it for two months I definitely noticed a difference!

Easy to take without having to worry about putting them IN anything like with the powder versions of collagen that are so popular now. Just pop these babies and you're done! Haven't noticed a change quite yet but I'm sure it needs more time (more than a few days)

Now I don't know if I'm making this up in my head or not but since I've started taking these collagen capsules I have noticed a positive difference in my skin and how healthy it feels and looks.
