I have Hashimotos thyroid disease so my hair has fallen out and this has helped my hair to get thicker and stronger. I am hopeful that it will also help me absorb nutrients into my bones easier for stronger bones. The pills don't have a bad taste and are easy to swallow.

These capsules are easy to swallow with no taste or odor. They contain a variety of collagen types along with vitamin c & hyaluronic acid. The recommended dose is 3 capsules daily although I've only been taking one daily since I do take powdered collagen a few times a week also. I have noticed a lot of improvement in my fingers nails, my hair & skin since taking collagen.

These capsules seem okay. It took a long time for them to come to me. I've been taking them for a few days and I don't notice any strange taste. But then again, I don't notice any big change in my health with the additional collagen. I'll keep going and see if there is any change.

I'm very pleased with the results. I have been taking these for a couple months now and can't believe the difference. My hair is not falling out while brushing it like it had been. I even noticed my skin feels and looks softer. I can't be happerier with the results. The pills are on the large side but I don't have a problem with them. If you have problems swallowing pills I would suggest trying the powder.

Absolutely love the Collagen in pill form. These have helped strengthen my hair and keep it from being so dried out. With most collagen being in powder form I was elated to find this pill vitamin.
