I've tried many collagen products and have been very pleased with this one. The capsules are very easy to swallow and they don't have any smell or after taste. I've found that they are easy on my stomach and don't upset it. I really like that this product gives you the ability to take a collagen supplement that isn't in liquid or powder form. Definitely give these a try!

The mix of collagen, vitamin C, and Hyaluronic acid apparently helps with your skin and joints. I didn't really notice a strong taste with these, but the capsules are fairly large - so if you have trouble swallowing pills, these are not for you. I did like how these can be taken with or without food. After taking these for a few weeks, I do notice a little less joint pain and overall skin health (but I also have been drinking more water during this time period as well). This supplement does contain egg and fish, incase of allergy.

I recently received this product to try. Easy to take the capsules. No taste which helps you take them. As I age, I look for natural products that allow me to maintain if not improve my body such as my skin and especially my thinning hair. I have been on these (daily) for about 2 weeks now and am enjoying the product. I am very impressed on how much research went into it. I suffer from knee-muscle and joint pain- so I believe the longer I am on this the benefits will really start to be seen/felt. Overall, it is a nice supplement to my daily diet/routine.

This multi collagen complex has 5 different types of collagen and also has hyaluronic acid plus vitamin C, all of this packed into one capsule! I wanted to try something for my joints, skin, and nails. The pills are large but go down easily, you need to take 3 to get the daily dose. So far I am liking the product, only time will tell if my skin and nails improve, I do feel like my joints feel better already. Love that this has good quality ingredients with no fillers. Lastly, the flip top cap is nice, especially with having carpal tunnel syndrome.

I use this product on days I don't drink the collagen powder. I love that it's a capsule and I don't have to drink a lot of volume to get the benefit. I love knowing that one little capsule is giving my body the building blocks it needs for healthy skin, hair, nails, etc!

I got this about a month ago and am very satisfied. This product can help improve your skin, wrinkles,elasticity, joint health and gut health. The cons may cause mild side effects such as bloating, heartburn, and feelings of fullness. If you have food allergies. I've not had any of these and prefer taking the capsules than the powder.
