These Sports Research multi collagen capsules are really nice. They are easy to swallow being in the capsule form but are not small and do not have any odor or after taste to them, leaning to a pleasant experience overall. They come in a black bottle and the capsules are about 3/4" long. The source is from grass-fed cows, wild fish and free range chickens.

I've been taking the Sports Research - Multi Collagen Capsules for a few weeks now. First off, I love the capsule form of collagen. The capsules are easy to swallow and are good to throw in a bag to take with me when I'm rushing out of the house. I've noticed my nails are stronger and my hair is feeling healthier as well. I take multiple supplements, vitamins and medications each day. I thought it would be nice to try a collagen capsule vs the powdered versions that I have previously tried. While it was nice not having to mix into a drink, the capsules were not very easy to swallow and they had a pretty bad aftertaste. I would prefer just having a powdered version.

Been using collagen and let's just say it's very helpful with my hair loss. Since dieting hair has been falling out like crazy. Would recommend this to anyone dieting and or working out. Capsules are not too large. They don't give off an aftertaste either.

The multi collagen complex capsule is a nice way to take a collagen supplement, particularly if you don't like mixing collagen based powder with a warm drink. This capsule is easy to swallow but the label does say contains some egg and fish product for those that may be sensitive to these ingredients.

Collagen is widely accepted as a great additive for healthy skin, hair, bones, ligaments, etc. I am taking this, although not for a great period of time, and I can feel the difference in my skin and nails. I wish I had discovered this supplement sooner.

Bought this product a few months ago thinking that it would help with hair, nails and skin like I've herd but to be honest I didn't notice much.. so I stuck it out another moth thinking maybe it just take longer to notice something more significant but I still haven't noticed any changes. Others may have had a different experience and I'm glad for them but for me I didn't experience the Benefits

I started taking the Multi Collagen Complex to help improve my skin. It is very thin with a few wrinkle lines starting and a bit of discoloration/hyperpigmentation. I've been wanting to try a collagen supplement for those reasons. This has Collagen Peptides, Bone Broth Concentrate, Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid as the main ingredients. I know these ingredients are great components to having healthier skin. This supplement is also good for nails. I did notice that my nails seem to be growing a bit faster without breaking so that's a plus.

I got these supplements to help with my skin and joints. So far so good. I'm impressed by the fact that they contain FIVE different types of collagen, plus hyaluronic acid. The downside is having to take three capsules per day. They're not big; it's just annoying. And they do smell a tad fishy, too.

5 types of collagen in this pill really help support a healthy body. I think the capsules are much easier to take than the powder. These pills look great, smell great, and are easy to swallow. I've definitely felt better since adding these to my daily routine!
