I took the recommended amount of capsules (3 per day) with a meal. One at breakfast, one at lunch, and one at dinner. I never had any stomach discomfort. The capsules are clear and you can see the powder inside. After about a week I could already see improvement in my hair and nails. I had less hair coming out in the shower and my nails seemed to be growing faster. However, I did break out with several big painful pimples. It's very unusual for me to get pimples like this, so I'm going to wait till they clear and try the collagen capsules again.

I take multiple supplements, vitamins and medications each day. I thought it would be nice to try a collagen capsule vs the powdered versions that I have previously tried. While it was nice not having to mix into a drink, the capsules were not very easy to swallow and they had a pretty bad aftertaste. I would prefer just having a powdered version.

This is an all star product when it comes to Collagen. I love that it's a simple capsule containing multiple collagen types plus hyaluronic acid and vitamin c. Love that it's non gmo & keto friendly. No weird taste & I haven't had any stomach issues after taking!

These supplements are definitely worth trying. Collagen is great for your skin and joints and this product offers 5 different types plus vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. Supplements are sometimes hard to swallow but these capsules are easy to take despite the size with absolutely no taste or smell.

I prefer SR's powdered collagen peptides, but these capsules are great for when I am traveling. They are easy to swallow and pack in my suitcase. I definitely think that SR's collagen peptides, over the 8 months that I have been using them, minimize the cracking of my nails, wrinkling of my skin, and soreness of my joints.

The multi collagen complex capsule is a nice way to take a collagen supplement, particularly if you don't like mixing collagen based powder with a warm drink. This capsule is easy to swallow but the label does say contains some egg and fish product for those that may be sensitive to these ingredients.

I like the capsules versus the powder and/or liquid. I do see a difference in the texture of my skin which is good for an elderly person. (smile) Also I noticed it has helped with my hair. Easy to swallow, no aftertaste. I will purchase and I do recommend.
