Received this free to test the product. The pill is relatively big but the benefits in one pills are impressive. It's 3 pills per serving and with this big size of pills, it's a bit difficult to swallow them. But, with the combined benefits, I'll take my time taking the pills one by one.

Been using collagen and let's just say it's very helpful with my hair loss. Since dieting hair has been falling out like crazy. Would recommend this to anyone dieting and or working out. Capsules are not too large. They don't give off an aftertaste either.

I prefer SR's powdered collagen peptides, but these capsules are great for when I am traveling. They are easy to swallow and pack in my suitcase. I definitely think that SR's collagen peptides, over the 8 months that I have been using them, minimize the cracking of my nails, wrinkling of my skin, and soreness of my joints.

If you never tried the Sports Research brand ., you are definitely missing out. They have phenomenal products that don't disappoint. I recently got the collagen capsules and have been taking them a couple for a couple days and so far no issues. I take collagen mainly for beauty results like hair and skin and it also helps my joints . these have no taste or smell so that perfect. Only thing is I Have take them before I eat, capsules always stick in my throat but I would absolutely recommend these

I don't know if Collagen supplements really do anything, but I can attest to the experience of using these specific capsules. There's no odor or taste which is a good thing in my opinion. Everything looks to be high quality at least as far as the packaging goes.

This is my first experience with collagen, but I saw that it could help with several issues as I age (turning 60 next year) - improved skin, thicker hair, stronger nails, and of course, healthy joints, heart, etc. As with most supplements, it's hard to say if they have made a difference yet, but I am hopeful. They do have a bit of a nasty flavor, but it isn't too strong, and that may be common with collagen supplements.

I am pleased super pleased with this product because not only has it provided joint reliever my skin is glowing. I've always had dry skin. It's super hydrated now and shines with no oily glands. I like the fact that these are in pill form instead of powder form so I don't have to taste it. I will say that the pill is on the larger side making it a little difficult to swallow. I have not had any side effects yet which is nice. It has also help a lot with my back pain.
