This product is a quality supplement in my opinion, and a great addition to anyone's existing supplement cocktail. I did not notice any adverse reactions and confirm that I only noticed positive affects from taking a supplement. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a collagen supplement. There was no apparent taste, and did not leave any residue or weird aftertaste in the mouth.

Okay so I've been using these collagen supplement capsules for a few weeks now and I can actually tell a difference in my knees and feet and ankles! I have 3 different kinds of arthritis (RA, PsA, and Osteo) at 34 years old my joints and bones are already well used, creaky, and achy but since adding a collagen supplement to my daily vitamin regimen I can actually say I've noticed a difference when I walk around the house, grocery store, and even just exercising by chasing after my 4.5 year old! Don't knock it til you try it and I've been sold into taking collagen for the rest of my life!

The product works as intended, great source of protein. Haven't noticed much of a difference in appearance so can't attest to that. But the aftertaste to this is kind of strong. And the pill would be more ideal if it were smaller especially considering the serving size is 3. I struggle to take just one, let alone 3.
