This multi collagen complex has 5 different types of collagen and also has hyaluronic acid plus vitamin C, all of this packed into one capsule! I wanted to try something for my joints, skin, and nails. The pills are large but go down easily, you need to take 3 to get the daily dose. So far I am liking the product, only time will tell if my skin and nails improve, I do feel like my joints feel better already. Love that this has good quality ingredients with no fillers. Lastly, the flip top cap is nice, especially with having carpal tunnel syndrome.

The multi collagen complex capsule is a nice way to take a collagen supplement, particularly if you don't like mixing collagen based powder with a warm drink. This capsule is easy to swallow but the label does say contains some egg and fish product for those that may be sensitive to these ingredients.

I don't know if Collagen supplements really do anything, but I can attest to the experience of using these specific capsules. There's no odor or taste which is a good thing in my opinion. Everything looks to be high quality at least as far as the packaging goes.

I've been using Sports Research - Multi Collagen Capsules for the past month now and I feel a difference in my joints, they don't seem to bother me as much. It has vitamin C in it which is also good because I don't think I get enough of it. Having 5 types of Collagens my skin seems to like it too!
