I like taking multi collagen capsules with my routine. I use these because I want to have a healthy body inside and out so I want to look and feel good. These are not too big and very easy to swallow. I have noticed these are very easy to add to my daily schedule.

They are no more difficult to swallow than a typical one a day multivitamin, as they are roughly the same size and are coated. They are also odorless and tasteless. The Sports Research packaging is definitely premium, as the bottle is dark colored to eliminate light from getting to the pills, and I especially like the flip cap over thea twist cap for easy access. I definitely would recommend the product to friends and family based on the pill and packaging qualities.
