I was really excited to try these Multi Collagen Capsules by Sports Research because they're made with high quality ingredients, sourced from free range chickens, wild caught fish, and grass-fed cows. They are also non GMO and include 5 types of collagen, vitamin c, and hyaluronic acid. They come in a medium sized, off-white capsule and are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I'm excited to see what impact these have on my joints, skin, and nails!

This bottle is a one month supply of collagen. I have taken other collagen products before, but never in capsule form. This was is definitely less messy and more controlled making sure I get the proper dosage over the powders. The capsules are a little big and you have to take three of them, but it's doable. I like that product is non gmo and that it has the addition of vitamin c and hydrochloric acid.

I've just recently begun taking these collagen capsules, and so far it's great! I'm taking the capsules with breakfast and have high hopes of its regenerative qualities for both my fine wrinkles and the healthy bone benefits I expect to gain. There is no aftertaste either, like a lot of other supplements.

I prefer tsking the sports research multi collagen capsules than the powder collagen. Easy to swallow and your still getting all the great benefits as the powder. My skin has never hydrated and flawless. My hair and nails have gotten so long and think and look healthier than ever.

I've only been taking these for a few days now so I cannot speak to longterm benefits however these multi collagen capsules have amazing ingredients. Filled hyaluronic acid and vitamin c these vitamins help with hair, nails and skin nourishment. This also helps with joints. I've cross checked these ingredients with other similar vitamins and these by far have the best ones. I can't wait to see what months do for my joints, skin and hair! I reccomend!

I am a huge fan of collagen. I use it daily to lessen joint soreness and it really helps in such an amazing and life changing way. These capsules are a bit large but you can empty them into a smoothie or other drink. They don't alter the flavor of the vanilla protein shakes I make. The quality is great because I can feel the difference in a few days of using. Would definitely recommend.

I like to take pills because they are easy to take before I go to work. I like that it is easy to swallow. I like that there isn't any after taste after I take it.
