I've been taking the Sports Research - Multi Collagen Capsules for a few weeks now. First off, I love the capsule form of collagen. The capsules are easy to swallow and are good to throw in a bag to take with me when I'm rushing out of the house. I've noticed my nails are stronger and my hair is feeling healthier as well. I can't wait to see the results after several months.

They are easy to swallow being in the capsule form but are not small and do not have any odor or after taste to them, leaning to a pleasant experience overall. They come in a black bottle and the capsules are about 3/4" long. The source is from grass-fed cows, wild fish and free range chickens.

I prefer tsking the sports research multi collagen capsules than the powder collagen. Easy to swallow and your still getting all the great benefits as the powder. My skin has never hydrated and flawless. My hair and nails have gotten so long and think and look healthier than ever.

I have been taking medication that is infamous for drying one's skin and hair, and I must say that this product works so far. It is not "night and day" but the effects of my medication aren't as bad as they could be. The pill itself is a tad too big in my opinion, but it is definitely not a deal breaker. It also doesn't have any after taste and I haven't experienced any stomach pain or weird aftertaste that some other pills may have. Also, the fact that it has the recommended daily dose of vitamin C is great as it eliminates the need for another pill

I love adding collagen to my daily supplements and I really like having the option of using these capsules instead of a powder. These are easy to swallow and don't leave a weird taste in my mouth. I highly recommend these if you don't like the powdered collagen.

This bottle is a one month supply of collagen. I have taken other collagen products before, but never in capsule form. This was is definitely less messy and more controlled making sure I get the proper dosage over the powders. The capsules are a little big and you have to take three of them, but it's doable. I like that product is non gmo and that it has the addition of vitamin c and hydrochloric acid.
