Who knew there was multi collagen?! Well I didn't! I am happy to have added this pill to my daily supplements as I know for sure collagen works. I haven't been taking them long enough for long term results, but face does seem brighter. And I haven't had any side effects as I have from other collagen products. I would recommend.

While I am not a huge fan of taking pills these went down fairly easily there is a slight aftertaste to them but that is to be expected with pills. I have noticed my joints are feeling a whole lot better than they normally do I was skeptical at first but I love these.
