I've been taking these for a little while now. And I notice my hair and skin looking better!! I had a lot of hair loss after pregnancy so I was hopeful that these would help and so far I think they are. The size is okay. I don't hate swallowing pills so the size doesn't bother me. They go down smooth and they don't taste bad. My only complaint is that I have to take 3 a day. One would be preferred.

Before using the product I was very happy to see that the products come from grass fed cows, wild caught fish, and free range chickens. I was even happier that this is NOT a powder mix in but a capsule you can swallow. This is a much more convenient way for me to source my collagen and I am able to be more consistent with taking it. I workout hard 5 days a week and collagen helps aid in recovery and the beauty benefits are a plus! This is easy to take with my multivitamin at night or to throw in my purse to take after the gym. Highly recommend!

They are easy to swallow being in the capsule form but are not small and do not have any odor or after taste to them, leaning to a pleasant experience overall. They come in a black bottle and the capsules are about 3/4" long. The source is from grass-fed cows, wild fish and free range chickens.

I had never tryed Collagen before. I was talking with a friend about my hair thinning so much. She told me about this product. I thought why not give it a try. I am amazed. I have been taking these for a couple months now and can't believe the difference. My hair is not falling out while brushing it like it had been. I even noticed my skin feels and looks softer. I can't be happerier with the results. The pills are on the large side but I don't have a problem with them. If you have problems swallowing pills I would suggest trying the powder.

These little capsules have amazing benefits. Since I have been taking them I have noticed my joint pain in my wrists have eased and my hair has grown an inch! I would highly recommend these.

Got these couple weeks ago and wow! Improved my way if life! My skin was getting alittle pale and my joints were about to start the winter pain and wow these saved me! Super great for joints and skin discoloration! I highly recommend!

I got this about a month ago vitamins come in a decent size and are very easy to swallow. The vitamins also don't leave bad taste like some others. Overall a great product.
