These are pretty good. They're much bigger than I was imagining, but seem high quality. I wouldn't get them again, but that's only because I love the Sports Research powder collagen in my morning smoothie so I'm going to stick with that!

I have no complaints about these. I take them as directed, while I don't see much difference, that could change the longer I take them. We will see. They don't have a taste so I'm happy about that.

Multi collagen complex is very good it has hyaluronic acid and vitamin c. I take it everyday and I already see changes on my skin. My skin looks healthy, glowing with a nice appearance.

I currently take vitamin c so I was Intrigued to try this one since it says it offered collagen benefits. The only complaint I would have is that the serving size is 3 pills which just adds to the amount of my daily vitamins.
