I bought these collagen capsules and they are easy to swallow. I have problems with taking pills but these are easy to take. I love the fact that I am taking something that is good for me.

These are pretty good. They're much bigger than I was imagining, but seem high quality. I wouldn't get them again, but that's only because I love the Sports Research powder collagen in my morning smoothie so I'm going to stick with that!
