Hoping to build some collagen back into my skin and ease my joints a bit as I grow older. Easy to swallow pills and easy on the tummy. This brand I will say seems to be overall great.

My friend recommended these and I thought I would give them a try. I feel like the capsules were not too big to swallow and even though I have yet to feel if they make a difference I would still try them

I really needed this for my skin which is dry and showing signs of ageing. I feel and look more smooth on my face and skin. It has added a shine to my hair, also. I know this is helping with my face a lot and beginning to help on my hands.

I currently take vitamin c so I was Intrigued to try this one since it says it offered collagen benefits. The only complaint I would have is that the serving size is 3 pills which just adds to the amount of my daily vitamins.
