I got these to help with joint pain and to help with my skin, hair and nails. I have been taking it for a couple of weeks and haven't noticed too much of a change, but I am hoping for improvements.

I've been using these for a few weeks now and I have to say I'm obsessed. I can really feel a difference in my skin. I like taking collagen in pill form because it's the easiest. These in particular are easy to digest with little to no taste.

I decided to try this product because I thought it was similar to Vital Proteins with the addition of vitamin C and other ingredients. After using the product, I started to have a lot of stomach discomfort. I did not realize there were eggs in this product. If you have an egg sensitivity this product may not be for you.

These capsules are awesome! They contain 5 types of collagen, which is nice! The pills are a little large, so keep that in mind if you struggle with pills/capsules. They're gluten free, which I am grateful for. They are not vegan, however, as the label indicates they contain egg and fish. I'm hopeful that with longer use I'll see great results!! They don't have any taste so they're easy to take without any stomach upset or negative side effects.
