My husband and I were both incredibly impressed with this machine after we put it to the test on a horrendous ink spill from a puppy who chewed up a pen on our lovely white rug. The before pictures do not do it justice - there was ink all over the rug, and it was jet black and fully saturated into the rug. We thought there was no way we would be able to remove a stain so deep, so large, and so intense, but this machine proved us almost completely wrong! You can tell in the after photo that there is still a faint shadow of the stain, and it took a lot of elbow grease to get there, but from the very first run over the stain, the water was completely black and it was amazing how much ink it pulled out of the rug! It was kind of mesmerizing to watch! We used it to clean all kinds of things - smoothie spilled by a toddler, pet vomit (what a life!), and even just general dinginess from use on old rugs. Our rugs looked refreshed after using it - this machine could easily handle cleaning an entire large area rug as long as you have the time and patience for it. Setup was super easy, instructions were clear, and it packs up nice and compactly. My only complaint was that I wish there were more instructions on what each attachment would be best for. Overall, extremely impressed with this really great little machine! I was given this portable carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved The Little Green Max Pet through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This machine is such a great carpet/upholstery cleaner! It's smaller design makes it easy to store, but while the size is smaller than an upright carpet cleaner, it doesn't lack on suction power! We have two large dogs and three small children in our household. I used the little green max pet on our upholstered sofa and ottoman, as well as a large area rug that gets a large amount of traffic. This machine made it so easy to deep clean. The dirty water was eye opening on how dirty the sofa and rug actually were! My favorite features are how it's light weight, easy to use, and the power that it has. The lightweight size makes it more useable in my opinion, as it's easy to grab to clean up and size of a mess! 5/5 stars for me!

I've used products like this before but this has got to be the most easiest one to use by far!! The suction is so strong while not sucking up your fabric and the clean it gets is amazing. We have 2 kids & a dog, so I need something to clean up messes easily. I use it on our couch, carpet, and rugs! It's really easy to set up and the instructions are really clear. It's really easy to clean as well. I do wish there was an easy way to get into the tanks to give them a good clean, but as long as you clean it out well after each use it's okay!

I already owned another Bisell portable cleaner that we love. However, the Little Green Max Pet is quieter and easier to carry around than our other one. It is effective, although our bigger carpet cleaner gets tougher stains out than this one. However, it still worked well to get typical stains out of our carpet (I.e. pet accidents, spills, etc.). I highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a dad of 4 the messes are constant. As a dad of 4 AND a big Labrador the messes are endless! The Little Green Max Pet Vacuum is easily a must have for those with little children and messy dogs. The portability of it makes carrying it up and down stairs a breeze. It also works great to be carried into the garage and to clean your car! As much as tell my kids they are not allowed to eat in the car, it never fails for me to break that rule. From yogurt to applesauce, water to sports drinks, this little machine was able to pick up the mess. I used this in the car and on a vintage rug I have that my dog likes to sleep on. The rug is small (maybe 3' x 5' ) , it took me about 30 min to completely clean it and boy was that water nasty! The suction power of the vacuum is good, if you spray too much or if the fabric is thick (think couch ) it will definitely not dry as fast . This is definitely a great option for spot treatments or stains that have not set it in yet. The weight and versatility of it is great if you can keep up with the messes around your house! I do wish the Little Green Max Pet offered a vacuum only option. My standup vacuum was broken and I did not have a way to vacuum up the rug before cleaning it. I spot cleaned some spots off my rocking chair courtesy of my children and they came up super easy even though they have been there for years. It also took very little cleaning solution for the spot I cleaned. I on a whim started cleaner a bigger area and the amount of dirt that came up was so gross. I have tried it on different types of furniture fabric and it cleaned easily a spot on my carpet. With children and pets I wish that I had this thing sooner. It has been so helpful making my furniture clean again. I was able to easily clean my car interior of the spots that were left by all sorts of things. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed at how well this portable carpet cleaner worked! I have been wanting one since we had our little about 2 years ago. This little green max carpet cleaner works really well. It's light weight and super easy to use. You fill the water line with water and then add the solution up to the solution line. Turn it on and start spraying/ scrubbing. I first used it on a stain on our carpet that I had no idea what it was or how long it was there for. Came up quickly with little to no effort. Then I used it on some dog stains as our dog got sick all over our bedroom one early morning. It was a quick and efficient clean up. It left my carpet feeling clean and not gross. It even dries it so it doesn't leave a big wet spot. Super glad I had this. I would definitely recommend this portable carpet cleaner if you have pets, kids, or just to have on hand for accidents. It's easy to use, quick, effective and doesn't take up a ton of space. The possibilities are endless on what you can use this on and for. Between two dogs, a 8 month old baby boyand a accident prone husband, this extremely lightweight carpet cleaner has been extra useful! Messes happen in our busy house almost every day but you wouldn't be able to tell now that this "so quiet it won't wake my baby up" machine gets rid of all the evidence of any of the many disasters that occur. Weather it be from our dogs having an accident to our baby spitting up, this portable carpet cleaner does it all! Definitely would recommend to all in the market! Especially since it's so easy to clean out afterwards.

I have two cats and two young kids so I was the perfect tester. I used the carpet cleaner on my wool blend rug in our bedroom, where our cats spend much of their time, and on our living room couch. With two messy kids, we had stains all over the couch- from food spills to markers, but it's too soon to spend thousands on a new couch when kids are still young- we're not out of the danger zone! Cleaning the rug, I filled the dirty water compartment with dark water several times, and the rug was soft and brighter when I finished. I was shocked to see how much dirt and cat hair was left behind from vacuuming alone. Cleaning the couch was also worthwhile. It didn't remove all the stains, but overall it looked much less spotted, and I don't feel like I need a couch cover any more. I loved the convenience of the small cleaner, however my biggest complaint was actually in the size and stability of the cleaner. I used up the water and filled the dirty water bin pretty quickly. Also, because it was small and light, the extension attachment didn't quite reach the length of the couch, and as I was cleaning, I flipped the whole cleaner... twice! The dirty water spilled all over the floor. The spills were pretty frustrating, but I was happy I pushed through when it was all done, because it cleaned both surfaces very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a toddler, a baby, and a dog, so I have a lot of messes to clean. The Little Green Max pet has been my best friend since I got it. It is versatile especially if you have kids. Most recently I used it to spot clean their play couch. My favorite application though was cleaning my kids strollers and car seats. If you have kids, you know how messy these two things can get, especially if they are nonstop eating snacks and tracking in dirt and mud from playing in outside in the playground.. Although minimal, the instructions that came with the product made it simple to set up the first time. It was easy to measure out the solution with the indicated lines on the solution tank and to clean using the spray and vacuum nozzle. Once you are done, just pop out the dirty tank and lift the lid to dump out all the dirt and grime. It is so satisfying to see how much this machine cleans and flush it all down the toilet. The attachment has a clear cover that allows you to see all the dirt and make sure that you are sucking up all the liquids so the surface can dry properly. Once the surfaces dried up, the machine left no marks or stains, and there was no filmy residue. The suction was powerful in collecting all the liquid and cleaning solution with just a few passes. It is important to not over, saturate the surface with the sprayer. More stubborn or set in stain might need some pre-treatment or steam but that's not a dealbreaker for me.
