I have owned several iterations of this machine- and this is by far the best. It is small but really has great suction. The sprayer head and the waste tank are easy to remove and clean. I cannot stress enough how important it is to be able to easily clean out the parts of this machine. It has a very long hose and power cord, making it very easy to maneuver and position. I have several kids and pets- and always have need to clean my car, carpet, and upholstery. This machine truly does it all. I am always amazed at the grime it removes. The little green max pet machine has high suction power and does a great job at removing stains from animals and/or messy kid food stains on upholstery and carpets with just going over it with a couple passes. I love how long the cord is and that I plugged it in the kitchen and was able to use it on my living room couch. I also like that there is a water fill line and product fill line to eliminate any confusion on how much water and product to put in the machine. I thoroughly enjoy that the machine is light weight and you're able to use it anywhere and it's small enough to store in your closet. I used the machine on my couches and enjoy seeing the dark water on the other side of the machine because that's telling me that it's working efficiently and doing a thorough cleaning job. My only complaint is that the machine does leak through the hose and I didn't like that I had to do wipe down the standing water on the floor from the hose. Overall, this is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone with pets and/or kids!

I have 2 cats and 1 dog, all with their own sensitive tummy issues. I'll spare the gory details, but they arent great for my carpet. I also have 3 messy kids. This cleaner made an easy task of allll of their stains on my carpets, new and old.

It does a great job cleaning up a variety of stains - old cat bleh, spilled coffee, mystery spots on the basement carpet, even the kids' car seats! Its size and versatility make it very easy to store and grab whenever you need it. Some of the instructions were a little confusing (still not sure what the point is of the slider thing on the handle) and there's some odd design choices that don't make sense (why make the hose as small as humanly possible, and make it impossible to wrap while the cord is coiled? Why isn't there a spot to store the spare brush?) - these are the only reasons I didn't give it five stars. I received this product through the stellar testing panel.

It's hard to find spray cleaners that will effectively clean up the mess without leaving a stain. The Little Green Pet Max has been a game changer in my household. It was so easy to setup, with clear instructions included. I love the versatility of the machine, as I'm able to reach areas without moving furniture and there are different tool options included. The suction is very powerful and you can see the stain lifting from the carpet as you're cleaning. I used it on an older stain and it lifted it almost completely. I've also used this on urine stains, after pre-treating with pet urine cleaner and it has worked extremely well and has even gotten rid of the smell completely. There is a tool cleanout option to rid your machine of residual pet messes and it is very effective and easy to use. I am so happy to have this machine at the ready for any future pet messes! My biggest mess maker is my dog who jumps on the couch with mud foot prints. The Little green max pet gets the mud foot prints out within 30 seconds from my beige couch. It has a very strong suction. I love how lightweight the machine is, there is no bulky cords. The design is very sleek and compact and fits right in my mudroom. It's easy to carry around and so much faster than getting out my giant carpet cleaner. This is a must for all pet owners.

It does an excellent job of cleaning pet messes on carpets and on upholstery. The suction is good and pulls out deep stains I couldn't even see until I noticed the water running dark. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great small-stain solution! The machine is strong and simple to use. I especially appreciated the "self-clean" feature for the nozzle head. My family has had an unusually long season of puking kids (we have 4 kids between 1 and 6 years old) and have had plenty of opportunities to give this thing a go! Plus, my dog doesn't know how to stop drinking water when she's full so she pukes up water about once a week. Lucky me - not! So this machine held up well over more than a dozen uses. My one complaint is that the intake air suction vent is on the bottom of the machine so you have to carry it off the ground while in use. When you want two hands to scrub the machine "revs" a little while it sits on the carpet next to you. Other than that, it does exactly what you think it should do. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The timing of the Little Green Max Pet's arrival could not have been better. We got a new puppy and are mid house breaking. This machine has been an absolute life saver over the last several weeks. It is incredible at cleaning after puppy messes on our carpet and even works great on the sofa! I have been very impressed. The suction is powerful enough to leave the surface nearly completely dry after you are done, which is great since we have both a puppy and preschooler who want to resume playing in a space as soon as we are done cleaning! I only have two complaints. First, the instructions were unclear, so the first time I used it, I was doing it wrong and wasted cleaning solution because it was on the wrong mode, and then I was spraying too much. I had to figure it out for myself, but once I did, I had no problem with it. Bissell needs to update the instruction sheet to fully explain the mode switching on the handle and when you are supposed to be use the trigger. Second, the handle leaks when you change from self-clean to spray mode. Every time I need to clear the handle and switch back to spray mode, I get a hand covered in cleaning solution. That's not great. However, even with those two small drawbacks, I would still strongly recommend the Little Green Max Pet. It sets up quickly and easily when you need to use it. It is lightweight, small, and easy to store. It"s strong and efficient. It's easy to fill and clean out the reservoir when you are done cleaning as well. The Little Green Max Pet really has made a big difference in how easy it is to clean up after my puppy's accidents vs. my experience with my previous puppy when I had to do all the cleaning manually with carpet cleaner spray, a carpet brush, and paper towels. (As an additional plus, it's much more environmentally friendly than wasting all those paper towels!) First let me say that I absolutely despise carpet cleaning in general, but this little (but powerful!) machine was absolutely a breeze to use and did wonders for those tough stains! I have a toddler and pets in the household, so spills and messes are a daily occurrence and this machine had no trouble at all getting them all up. Used it on my couch and it literally looks brand new now! The hose was super long which was incredibly helpful.
