For the first use following the instructions was easy and I decided to try it out on the backseats of my car where my 4 year old sits. So you can only imagine the stains I was dealing with. The first one in tackled was old and stained from food of some sort. It had been too long to actually remember. The spray and suction tool worked wonderful and watching the dirty water in the tank was definitely satisfying. My 4 year old assisted and he was able to use the portable vacuum easily too. After first use it got the majority of the stain up. Then later came back for a second try and it pulled the rest of the stain out. I have also used it on carpet messes too. I love how small it is and versatile for different areas. I think my favorite part aside from removing stains is watching all the dirty water in the tank haha. I'd recommend this for the ease of use, portability, and efficiency.

My wife and I live in an area with red dirt and red dirt stains! We have four dogs and three kids so you can only imagine. This machine cleaned with power. It was easy to set up with clear instructions. It doesn't have too many parts so simple to clean the machine itself. The suction power is great and pulled dirt and water out of the rug nicely. I bought this to replace a Bissell SpotBot, but was disappointed that the quality of the cleaning did not compare. The Little Green Max will get rid of easy stains, but set-in stains are a problem. My old SpotBot handled both stains without any issue. Now my carpet (which is a very light tan, so stains will be obvious) has stains that will need to be cleaned by a pro. I never had any lingering stains after using the SpotBot. Also, the SpotBot was all automated - set in on the stain, hit the button, and the machine completes the cycle. The Little Green Max is all manual, so be prepared to spend time on your hands and knees scrubbing and sweating. All I wanted was a replacement for the SpotBot, but what I got was a lot more work.

Just got this yesterday and cleaned our staircase that hadn't been done in a year. It works amazingly! The suction pulls out so much dirt and sand even though I vacuumed first. It is lightweight and easy to use. Going to clean some upholstered chairs today. What a great product! Would highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised with the power and suction of this Little Green Max Pet spot cleaner. With a cat that can't hold his food down, to a Great Pyrenees the size of a small horse, this product is perfect to handle our family's sometimes messy life! Its small size makes it perfectly portable, allowing me to easily carry it from room-to-room, while also providing a generous amount of cord for plugs that might be far away. Although not quite as powerful in terms of suction as Bissel's larger SpotClean Pet Pro machine, it was more than capable of cleaning up recent accidents on carpets and hardwood floors alike, and it's ability to clean was just as good. Its cleaning ability is impressive, achieving a deep clean, and the liquid formula that comes with it is equally fantastic. My only struggle came in trying to figure out how to use the self-cleaning function. But after spending a bit more time on the instructions, I was able to figure it out. Overall, this is an impressive machine for its small size.

It had stains that I'd admittedly been ignoring for months since I didn't have a good plan for removing them. I was impressed at how easy it was to get the unit up and running, and how effectively it removed the stains! Most importantly- the machine was so lightweight, even when filled up! I had previously owned a vacuum sized deep cleaner, which worked well but too cumbersome to lug around so it rarely got used. This unit is small but surprisingly powerful and effective at getting out even old, stubborn stains. It is also helpful for the stains that kids leave behind as well. And as an added bonus, its compact size and simplicity made it so my kid could help to clean some of her spills! Overall, this is a well designed, highly effective, and low maintenance machine that works as advertised to get rid of tough stains!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a busy mom with a toddler, dog, and upholstered dining chairs, I was excited to try the Little Green Max Pet. The best thing about this portable carpet and upholstery cleaner is that it's super compact and lightweight! It takes up much less space than my full size carpet cleaner and is quick and lightweight to pull out and use. My full size carpet cleaner is limited to carpets, but this much more versatile because it's allows for use on upholstery and focusing on spot cleaning. This will be great cleaning up stains on my upholstered dining chairs. When I received this carpet cleaner, I tried to remove old stains on my dining chairs. It completely removed some recent stains and lightened several older stains. It would help to pre-treat older, stubborn stains, as recommended in the instructions. The Little Green Max Pet is easy to set up and clean out after use. One drawback is that it takes some practice to master the spray trigger to direct the cleaning solution mist directly onto the stained areas. I used it to clean up some kid messes around the table where they eat which sits on carpet. The product was easy to use and the cleaning solution that came with it was effective. Set up was no issue, it's light weight and no louder than a regular vacuum. I haven't used a lot of shampooers or cleaners but I'd say the only thing I'd want it to do better is dry the carpet/upholstery more; however it was just damp when i was done and had to have kids avoid the area for a short while. I also used it to clean a couple of office chairs that were in the room with the kids. It was fast, easy and effective! If it were warmer outside I'd love to try this on my car!

From potty training, to pizza spills on shag white rugs, to dogs being sick, this machine has been through the wringer this first month. I LOVE how easy it is to use for quick messes while still being extremely thorough. We have tufted Ruggable rugs in the kitchen and living room that get messy fast. I can honestly say that I'm impressed. Another feature I really loved was the ability to clean the hose, it's sort a self cleaning action, when after pet messes this saves us all from gagging and it keeps the machine smelling clean between uses. Also appreciate how easy it is to clean the tank. Just all around I'd absolutely buy this baby in a heartbeat! We own another Bissell and I found myself reaching for this one everytime, love the other this one just seemed quicker at getting the job done. About two months before receiving this cleaner, I bought a similar product and was excited to try both and see which one was better for my needs. Luckily the cleaners are very similar. The Little Green Max Pet is great for little messes caused by humans and pets alike. The setup and cleanup does take longer than I expected, and is a little annoying, but overall worth it rather than having a stain on your rug or couch, which is where I primarily used this device. I loved seeing my stain sucked up through the clear window in the hose, and feel the spots do actually get clean after one or two passes. My advice is to do it at night, so it is all dry by morning! The cleaner comes with a few different heads but I used the scrubbing brush the most. I wish there was a separate brush to really clean the dried on spots while letting the spot cleaner soak. Overall this is a fantastic product and I'm so glad I have it! I'm sure it'll come in handy in the years to come!
