I have had it for a few weeks. I love it... It really is amazing to watch it move around my home and clean..

I couldn’t get it to learn my house plan. I redid the floor plan 5 times and moved the room diagram. I gave up. I wish it had 2 brushes not just 1.

Love it but curious why it stops and drains the battery down and can’t make it back to the docking center!

I was pleasantly surprised by how well it cleans! You just set it and go on about your day - makes cleaning so much easier!

It has incredible suction power and works great on multiple surfaces such as carpets or hardwood floors. I personally have two long haired cats who constantly shed and this vacuum works wonders on pet hair and dander. With Matrix Clean, the robot vacuum cleans using a precision grid taking multiple passes over dirt and debris for deep cleaning coverage. The robot vacuum empties itself into a bag less, self emptying base that holds up to 45 days of dirt and debris, It even has a self-cleaning brushroll that is engineered to pick up more hair and is anti-hair wrap. I was blown away with the technology and ease of use. It has Precision Home Mapping 360 degree Lidar that quickly and accurately maps your home so your robot can detect objects in its path day or night, constantly adapting, My home has never been cleaner and I literally get to sit back and watch the work get done for me.

This Robo vac does an OK job, but it's not great. It does have it's limitations. It will not clean the edges of rooms (against the wall), so don't throw out your traditioan vac as you will have to follow behind to get the edges. It goes a fair to poor job on medium pile carpet. It gets bound up with hair (pet and human) It does not clean in a nice grid like the y say it does. It does that for a little and then starts bouncing around the room in random paterns. It leaves some spots completely untouched. It occassionally gets caught under various chairs around the house and must be rescued. Every time it starts oit tells me there is an error and that I must clean something, but it's very difficult to understand the robo voice so I don't know what it's saying.It makes anouncements when it is noisily emptying itself. The sound of the emptying process is so loud that the announcement cannot be understood. It does a pretty good job on non carpeted floors as well as short nap carpet. It leaves untouched spots however, so I have to go back over them with a standard vac or run the robo again. I think if one were to tun this 3-4 times a week it would keep things clean except for the problems mentioned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark Matrix Robot Vacuum has amazing functionality and suction power. My wife loves vacuums and has every imaginable size and shape. We have several other Shark products that she used to use frequently, including a Shark Wandvac. She used to run her vacuums specifically for different jobs around the house until we got this Shark Robot. At first we were skeptical that it would do it's job as promised, but after a good battery charge, an easy setup and the robot mapping the areas (and marking the no go zones) we realized what great suction power and convenience this robot offers. My wife is an interior designer and we are remodeling the kitchen and there have been lots of dust in the house for a couple of weeks. We were worried the robot wouldn't be able to keep up with the dust. However this Shark Matrix is still doing it's job as if nothing (including the dust and hair from our cats). The best part is that it keeps finding it's base and we can forget about it for several weeks. This is our first vacuum robot, but not our first Shark product and definitely not our last one. We are already thinking about getting another one for the basement.

I’ve had the robot vac for a few years now. I like it at lot. We just bought a self-emptying model as a gift. What I don’t like is the app, it loses the schedule and/or mapping at least once a year. The stop or start app buttons are unreliable. If the robot has an issue I get an alert, why doesn’t it tell me where it is? All the gos tech going to waste. Why? Why? Why?

I never knew how dirty my house was... this thing finds dirt and pet hair in every run! I feel like a pig because the "45 day dust bin" was filled after 3 days! Hopefully with this little pig running around every day ducking up the dust and crumbs, the house will eventually be cleaner. So far I'm very impressed. This thing doesn't get stuck under furniture like my old roomba constantly would.
