So it all began when my husband brought me home the shark vacuum. What followed were some of the cleanest floors I’ve ever seen in my life in any building let alone my own home. I’m so grateful to shark, thank you for the vacuum. I wish it was less expensive, but luckily my husband got an illegal kickback from his job so we were able to afford it God bless, hallelujah

Replaced an older version I had for 6 yrs. Works great just added to the app so easy!! More suction my golden retrievers hair doesn't get tangled and saves me frustration!!

We live on the 31st floor on the Vegas strip the patio door is open everyday in spring and fall. Dust bunnies everyday until we purchased this vac. We run it each day. It does our 900 sq ft in about 60 minutes. Very happy.

Finally found a robot vacuum that can keep up with my corgis shedding and doesn't get stuck on floor mats. Highly recommend!

After 10 years my first robot vacuum (a Neato) finally needed to be replaced. I only needed a simple vacuum not a fancy mop/vacuum. I chose this one because it was good with pet hair. My only problem was hooking it up as it didn't want to work with my wifi/router. My wifi broadcasts both 2.5 ghz & 5 ghz. This vacuum only works with the 2.5, (not both) so I had to talk to my internet provider to find out how to switch my router to be able to hook the vacuum to my phone. You control it via the Shark app on your phone. As far as cleaning, it's great!! and emptying the dust bin is quick and easy. The dust bin should also be able to be cleaned fairly easily.

Battery life isn't great but it cleans well docks re-charges and goes again

This robot vaccumn works great and its amazing how it can empty itself.

Does a decent job. Does not generally clean all the rooms. You have to tell it what it missed and initiate another cleaning. You need to set the program up so that you can identify all the rooms separately. For the price paid it is a fair deal.

Vacumn cleans great but unable to access thru phone to set up automatic clean. Had no setup problem with the Shark this replaced

Really disappointed in the newer model. We had the original and LOVED it! We have dogs and cats with carpet and wood floors. We thought the old one wasn’t working as well after 5 years and thought we would get the newer model. This model only has an arm brush on one side, while the old had 2. This model seems to blow more pet hair around than it seem to pick up on the wood floors. Keeping the wood floors clean was my favorite part of the old one.
