I bought about a month ago it’s ok but to big for my small house

Great vacuum, but the app needs help. I can’t figure out how to do the different modes of cleaning

What a workhorse! So glad I chose this model for the right job.

I feel like I hav been downgraded  from the IQ100 .

It works ok

First one lasted 3 months. Second one maybe 6 months. Both have the same issues. 
Lose map of house which renders it completely useless. Try to map the house again and it goes off the dock, turns around and goes right back then says mapping complete. Didnt map anything.
spent hours, not kidding HOURS on the phone with Shark support. They sent me the 2nd unit as a replacement and now no help at all.
When it worked it was great but it does not work with no map and it wont map now.

We live on the 31st floor on the Vegas strip the patio door is open everyday in spring and fall. Dust bunnies everyday until we purchased this vac. We run it each day. It does our 900 sq ft in about 60 minutes. Very happy.
